Amazon returns are a breeze. The staff are always helpful and friendly to me. I don’t think I’ve ever been in here when there was more than one person ahead of me. Ive always had good experiences here.

I won’t go to this store even though it is less than two miles from my house. The people are grumpy and rude. A lot of people can be grumpy and rude some of the time, but this is all of the time and there is not even a veiled attempt to be polite. It used to be a nice, well-run business with pleasant people.

Laura should be fired. Why she is still working here is beyond me and shows the owner Mike Kelley doesn't care she is driving this store into the ground.
