They are always so friendly here, by far the best location to visit. Zil is so incredibly helpful! I had multiple returns with QR codes and ones that needed repackaged and printed labels. He always makes the stressful return process way easier. Much appreciated!

Every time I come here everyone is so accommodating! Birva was not only professional and polite, yet she was so very patient and helped me package six different returns!! THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We were very frustrated after scheduling an appointment for a notary that the person was not there and then we were told to come back at a later time. We had a meeting that morning that required our documents to be signed. We have 2 confirmations from the company stating the appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. There was no compassion for the situation and they seemed quite unbothered by the matter. I would NOT recommend scheduling an appointment with this store. Very unprofessional.

Above the normal expectations on customer service. I sent a very important package thru this store and there were issues with tracking that package to its final destination using the UPS tracking app. Zil and his team went the extra mile to help me by responding to my phone requests for service and calling me back with follow-up on their actions to my issues. Good job to Zil and his team. Many thanks guys!

Oh wow! I was told that this was a great location with wonderful customer service! Granted, I went there this morning to deliver a package to a friend who lives across country.
When I get there today 6/23/25, there is a woman
(Who is obviously the same person that is listed in another review on here)
and she was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason at all.
I was polite to her and told her that I would need a little bit of tape for my friend’s box (because I didn’t make it home to tape the box) -
Not only does this woman with the name that starts with the letter A not greet me, but she rudely and very cold like tells me
DO YOU WANT TO BUY TAPE- I’m gonna be honest with you. I was shocked. She said this to me a few times, I said absolutely not. I have tape at home. I simply forgot to put some on because the box was in my car.
The entire encounter was awkward, cold and my goodness , just do not come to work next time, lady! I will not rush back to this location!

One the best ups stores in Mathews area. Staff is always polite and make sure everyone is taken care of properly. Always pleasant and willing to help!! 10 stars!!

I came in today, 6/3/25, at 12:30. There were 2 people working, a man and a woman. The woman working was exceptionally rude and unpleasant. It was clear that she did not want to be there and she was repulsed that I had the audacity to ask her a simple question and expect her to do her job. If I had been ugly towards her I would understand, but I said please and thank you and was pleasant to her. Apparently this calls for attitude and eye rolls. I have never been treated like this by an employee of somewhere I was spending money, which is perhaps why I was so appalled. Posting this review because I thought the manager ought to know.

Was The Words Experience en MyLife it was two Indians, I was trying to returned a package 📦 and they wouldn’t take ir because the box wasn’t good (thats why I was returned) otherwise I will keep it, UPS should hire efficient people no lazy.

I made a notary appt at this UPS store and got an email confirmation. Drove all the way here- and they tell the notary was not feeling well and took off. I wish somebody called me that my appt is canceled, or emailed… so I did not have to waste my time driving there. What happened to customer service?! No appt cancelation was sent either. Management team, please address with your staff. You need to do better than this.

I had a confusing Amazon return that needed to be separated out and Birva to the rescue! Instead of me stressing about how to undo them redo so many items, she very kindly offered to help me navigate it on my phone and we got it done! I definitely appreciated her helpfulness!

I have used this UPS location forever but recently they decided to make customers use a kiosk and process their own Amazon returns. I have tried to use this machine multiple times and find it to be a real annoyance. The staff is insistent that you do it yourself rather than wait on their own customers in their store. I understand if there’s a long line but when there is no one in there and there are 3 to 5 employees behind the desk I think they should wait on the customer. Pushing me off to the self check out area should be a choice not a request made over and over by insistent employees. I am refusing to use it going forward. If the staffing position doesn’t change I will use the other UPS store right down the street by the Walmart.
