I don’t leave many reviews But it felt it necessary this time! This is by the best Ups store in the charlotte area the owners and staff are very courteous and professional!! I highly recommend them !!

This UPS Store was the only one out of 3 stores we called that would help us unload a heavy item to be shipped. He saw us pull up and came out with a dolly immediately and helped us unload. The service was great and friendly. We would recommend this location highly.

Out of all the UPS stores store 6248 is the best!
Polite and helpful! Any issues I’ve had sending Amazon. pkgs or pkgs out of the US they have helped me weather it was finding the best price to send pkgs through customs or sending Amazon pkgs with no boxes !
It’s owned and managed by family so they really go the xtra mile to help as opposed to other locations!

Rude staff….especially to disabled people. “Holier than thou” mindset! Go to a different location if you want treated like a human!!
They claim “a lady came in and refused to call a number” but 1. The human was not a woman and 2. We have the call logs of calling the number.
They claim “nothing was our fault” but refuse to acknowledge what actually happened and blame the customers.
Every time I have used this location before, no matter the service, they have been rude and acted inconvenienced!

I went in to have my fingerprints done for a job offer. Beatrix was amazing and so professional. Between helping me and other customers coming in, she did not get flustered or frustrated. She truly is a rockstar and I plan to use this location on the future if she is working.

Awesome customer service and prices. I usually just stop in here to return my Amazon packages but today I need a presentation printed immediately (of course) and when I say the service was quick, efficient and beat the price of another competitor (with better quality too!) I could not be more thrilled. I walked in at 4:04pm, did my Amazon return and on a whim I asked if they could do it. The owner (I presume) was on it soooo fast and showed me what he could do for me. I was walking out the door by 4:20. Everyone that was working at the store was very polite as well. The store was very clean was even being cleaned between customers. Again - great customer service and prices. Thank you for the quality work!!

Just be aware that they don’t take USPS packages like other UPS and FedEx stores do.

They close whenever they want to. I got there at 6:22pm and they were supposed to close at 6:30pm but they decided to lock the door and ignore me while I was standing at the door carrying heavy item.
