Ulta Beauty customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. They make you go around in circles to try to have something that was damaged in transit replaced. They ask you to pay 3 times the amount you originally paid, and then TRUST them to reimburse you the difference after it ships. REALLY! They just lost a long term customer,and they let me know they don't care.

Today my boyfriend was profiled by all the employees in the building , we were starred at and watched the entire time in the store which was all of 5 min because of how uncomfortable they made him. This was disgusting and shows how people feel about other races.

Nicole helped me with finding everything I was looking for instore from the catalog. & As someone who doesn’t have a lot of make up experience, I felt comfortable asking her all my random questions. She was so knowledgeable and kind !

I went because they were having sales, maybe that's why the store was a little messy, because when I thought I had chosen some lip liners that were supposed to cost $5, they ended up costing between $7 and $8, and since they sent me the invoice by email, I realized it when I got home.

We love this Ulta!! It’s always very clean and has a great selection of products. I just went to the Salon with my mother & we both went to Sonja. She was FANTASTIC!! I was getting my bangs trimmed up and thickened a bit and Sonja knew exactly the look I was going for (even if I didn’t explain it the best)! My mother got a blowout and she was very happy with it, too, saying it was one of the best blowouts she’d gotten (she gets a lot)! We’ve also gone to Logan before and looked amazing after. Thank you Sonja & Ulta Matthews!!

I ordered a product at the register to be mailed straight to my house. Unfortunately the cashier did not think to confirm my mailing address before placing the order resulting in the product being sent to the wrong home. This meant another order needed to be placed. The cashier swore the first one didn’t process but upon checking my email, I had two order numbers. The store cannot process those cancellations so I had to go through Ulta Customer Service. They cancelled my order quickly but a month later and I still have not been refunded. Please encourage team member to always confirm mailing addresses so someone else doesn’t have to fight Ulta Cuatomer Service for $30. Thanks!

I booked for a facial with their skin therapist Tajia. She was absolutely amazing! She took her time going over the steps I need to take as well as the best products for my skin and budget. She made sure I understood the steps and sent me home with instructions and literature to help me further. She is so kind and very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my experience in her chair! ?

Had the best experience at Ulta yesterday - looking to reduce redness on my face, Channing was wonderful and kind, helping me find products and getting a same-day appointment for a facial with Tajia. Tajia was INREDIBLE! She was so thoughtful and thorough and treated me like I was the only client she had all day. After my amazing facial, she walked me through the store helping me select products (all while keeping my budget in mind - never making me feel pressure to get anything). She is a GEM and Ulta is lucky to have her!

I got my makeup done yesterday for my grandsons wedding..I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I was so upset I had to go home and wash my face before I could even go to the wedding. My daughter even told me it looked horrible and I needed to wash my face. It looked like I could walk a street corner when I was done. Not sure she took into consideration my age when doing my makeup. If I could I’d leave 0 stars. I would have said something but I was too upset and had to get to my grandsons wedding. I wasted $72 for nothing. I will never be back to this Ulta. Especially for any beauty services.
