It’s always the same thing with Home Depot any time you order anything. I’m a contractor and I basically try to avoid having to place any kind of order with this company. It literally never fails. They either send the wrong order or never call to say it’s in . It’s an ongoing issue. Ordered a washer and dryer on July 5. They said delivery would be 1 week later on July 12. I get a call on the 11th saying they need to reschedule the delivery to the 19th. There’s no way. I would have ordered these pieces if it was going to take this long. They deliver them and the dryer is totally damaged. I refuse the dryer and I call the 800 number to schedule the new dryer, they take 2 days to call me back and tell me they cannot deliver it until July 31. At that point

We recently purchased 3 appliances in one visit. June the sales associate was phenomenal. After that everything went downhill. I wrote a review on the Home Depot Matthews website but they rejected it. We received a damaged product. Had paid for removal of the old product and were told that the delivery people were too busy to take it so they put it in our back driveway. While delivery was here we tried calling the store and delivery for 1-1/2 hours. No one answered the phones

Worst experience with Home Depot of my 52 year old life!!! From the sales man multitasking and forgetting/ mis entering our information, to No call no show on delivery day, to cancelling our order instead of researching the problem and solving it for us. 3 MODs dropped the ball between my wife and I calling. Refund requested 5 days ago and nothing on the card. Upon calling the CC company sale was not cancelled, so had to dispute the charge and hold payment. Awful, awful awful. Lost my business forever!!!

Own a decent sized General Contracting company stopped in to the pro desk just to be told that they could not assist me as I am exempt from wearing a mask. Wouldn't even talk to me, just told me that they could not be of service. So as of today I will spend my money at Lowes. Good thing they are opening a rental equipment service at the Concord mills Lowes.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever step foot in. I have been to this location countless times over the last several years. More often than not it is a frustrating experience. Associates and managers have no interest in assisting customers and are unable to resolve issues. Three times they have said my online order was ready only to show up and have to wait for excess of 20 minutes each time. Also good luck finding a register with a person. They rely on 4 self checkout
