“I literally just came in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, it was during peak hours. The line was very long, and when I finally made it to the cashier register to order, the guy rang me up wrong and got upset thinking I didn't tell him the correct amount of pizza slices I needed. He did make up by just letting me "have the slice" since they were busy. Other than that, tasty, cheap food to-go. I especially like their hotdog combo plus, Sam's Club has the sauerkraut condiment packets”

“Overall, excellent experience! Just a simple exchange on a full set of tires. Scheduling was a breeze. Day of, I was greeted with the sweetest associate, Hailey. She even checked in on everyone in the waiting room a few times during my wait. Turn around-time from the shop was faster than expected. My new Firestone tires look good and drive well, too. Shout out to the store manager for keeping a clean and welcoming store to work with!”
“I had an emergency. Serpentine belt broke late Friday evening and needed to head back to Tampa on Sunday. Talked to James and he said he would have the vehicle done the following day. After going through the vehicle they determined that the root cause was a seized power-steering pump. Even with the unexpected work, James still made sure the truck was ready for the road by end of day.
James is very friendly, honest, and is the kind of guy that figures out how to make things happen vs how NOT to make things happen. Even at the end of the day and after the mechanics had gone home, he tried to help a family with a tire emergency.
I have owned and operated three small business and if I was looking for someone to be the face of my business to the customer, I would hire someone like James.”

“The crew at the tire center did an excellent job. I came in with a ruined tire from a road side incident. I decided to replace all four as they only had a few thousand left. The crew fit me in as a walk-in. It did take a while. After a test drive I am very pleased with the installation and balancing of the tires. They also put the spare back and everything was tidy. Nice.”

“I walked in with a tire I patched that wasn’t taking air. The manager met me and was up front about having 8 tires to replace for customers in front of me. Even so, he took my tire back and let me watch him try to air it up. He figured out that there was a faulty gasket in the Schrader valve and replaced it for me at no charge! This is all within 1 hour of the business closing for the day. This shop has earned my business and I am glad to rep.”
