Dealership wanted to do a full car inspection for $170 before they would unclog a drain in the sunroof. Tek did it in 5 minutes at no charge.

Did good work the first time I dropped off the car. Second time they scheduled an appointment for me, I dropped off my car in the morning, heard nothing from them all day and when I called at 4:30 to check on the car they told me they couldn’t work on it today. Offered no discounts or help after I spent money on Ubers too and from. Told them I didn’t want them to work on my car as I needed it to get home. Danny, the owner, then got an attitude and began to blame me for the lack of communication between him and his workers/scheduling staff. Terrible customer service. Unless you want to deal with rude owners and have your car down for multiple days, don’t waste your time or money with this unprofessional shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

CAUTION PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Took my car here for repair as it would just shut off when idling. Dan called me with a suggestion of changing the spark plugs as he didn’t see a concern with anything else. I had agreed and they completed the repair. Right after I had picked up my car battery and check engine lights were on and it was making a beeping sound when braking. I immediately took it back and he had it for a couple days and told me he didn’t see lights and didn’t know what was wrong. Upon getting my car back I was very concerned and confused at his ability to diagnose the cars concerns as the lights were on when I picked it up. After spending $600 with them and not receiving any relief in my cars issues I didn’t take it back. Two days later the car again stopped and would not turn on. I told it to a professional shop and it was the alternator and battery. I would never bring my car back here and warn you to proceed with caution if you do as they was the worst experience I ever had with getting my car repaired.Services: Brakes

The staff here are always friendly and courteous. The work is always top notch and done in a timely manner. And the last thing you probably are looking to find out is cost. They don't take you over the coals. Highly recommend Tek Automotive!
