This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.

Target is always sooo good, but the grocery selection is bad! I know that you aren't a full fledged grocery store, but to be out of so much stuff is really bad.

All of the parking spaces are super far from the door with the current parking set up, which makes me feel unsafe as it is so i try to avoid this location. Last month I needed a specific baby formula and they were the only location that had it in stock in all of Charlotte area (2 cans) so I tried to do a mobile order purchase. After 3.5 hours my order still was not ready and my baby needed to eat. I drove 30 minutes across town hoping it would be ready by the time I got there. It was not so I parked and went in to guest services and they refused to help me and told me it would be a few hours despite telling them my situation. I cancelled the order and went to get it myself. The only 2 cans in stock were on the shelf and could have easily been purchased by someone else while I was waiting then I would have been in an even worse situation. They really need to get it together.

Drive up orders take over 20 minutes from the time you park. They always mess up the order. Nobody answers the guest services desk phone. Twice I've had to cancel pickup orders because they don't have them ready.

You know target is a hit or miss kind of thing. This one by Matthew that I go during my break is a life saver. My homerun. Always look for deals and clearance when at target. You find really cute stuff for good price. By suggestion don't ever buy cloths that aren't on sale or some sort of deal... things are ok quality but not as good as priced. Also, definitely only worth it if you vm have their red card. Stay away from the drive up ok bad weather days.... They will tell you to go in for pick up.

Customer service counter took my return easy enough but "didn't have the time " to help me find the product I was actually meeting. " I have a long line so don't have time". This is exactly why I came into the store. Was to get help. And I stood in that long line also. Website descriptions are not very detailed about dimensions so what I bought wouldn't fit in the shelves. Walked around the store to find an associate. Found a pile of them by the back double doors talking and laughing and within side three customers were standing patiently waiting to be noticed. I'm not sure if better associates are needed or better management.

So I purposely went to get 2 mirrors. They were bigger than I could handle and did not fit in the cart. I found a Target associate who was not the friendliest person but she did call and found someone to help me. This young man was very helpful by carrying the mirrors to the customer service desk. I asked if someone would be nice enough to help me put them in my car. He said yes. Needless to say I paid for my purchases and another young man put them in the trunk of my car. Very good customer service. It means so much anymore.

When there 3 times still computer down. After 3 days this problem should have been resolved. Target should give us a $25 gift cards for this inconvenience. I tried to cancel my order through the but that didn't work. Now I'm stud with no order and no refund. They should have ship what we order. A piss off target customer will not order from this store.

Frequently out of items, frequently leaving items off order that I've had to go back for. Now going on 29 hours for my 2 hour drive up order. Tried to call at least 10 times and only get automated system and then hung up on each and every time. The only way to reach anyone is chat with a customer service rep in another state or country and be told I can replace order and get a refund in 3-5 business days... thanks so much.

This Target...let's say, I'm now big on customer service and convenience. This is the #1 Target for placing a order for the 2 hour drive up and it being ready in an hour or less. I'm constantly placing orders here, do much that I've given up on Wal Mart bc their app cant compete(and going inside is the worst). I simply place my order through the app and it's always ready in about an hour. 5 mins away I can say I'm on my way and by the time I pull up and check in, they are coming out with my bags. I love that convenience! Only once out of easily 50 trips over last year has it taken over 10 mins wait and/or been wrong. Today I went inside the store to pick up Children Zyrtec. In the app is said $4 off in store purchase. The cashier for some reason did not take the $4 off and I didn't realize it until I made it to my vehicle. Walked back in and within 5 mins I was receiving $4 cash. Now it's only $4 but the hassle free customer service is what I loved as I was ready to show the app and read out loud all of the fine print. I highly recommend this Target location!

So i order a $800 tv for pickup. They state 2 hours for pickup. They'll send you a mail and text when it's ready . About 1.5 hours I call to check on it - they say - oh that's not in stock .. so, how was it available for purchase on the app - ? why did I get the confirmation that it was bought and how did the payment go thru? Also, they never told me any of this until I reached out . Oh they say it's available at the Monroe store - we think ... forget it

I love this Target so much! There is a produce section along with a Starbucks. The staff has always been very kind to me and they take extra safety precautions such as cleaning each cart after each use! There is also a small section with pizza, pasta, slushees and other drinks. I love this place!

My reivew on Google got deleted so posting it here instead. Bad experience with cashier named Martina!!! I show her the manufacturer's coupon on the phone which is specifically for Target, but she refuses to scan it saying it has to be from the Target app. I try to explain to her it has worked before, but she still says no! The coupon in question is for a Target gift card by Similac when you purchase one of their baby formulas. It has a unique one-time barcode which is specific my account. It is a valid coupon that I get monthly from Similac, and the coupon is specifically for Target (no other retailer), which has been accepted by Target previously. She says even if the system accepts it they are not supposed to be doing it, which sounds ridiculous because Target wouldn't allow the coupon to be scanned if they didn't want to accept it. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who gets those coupons. This has happened twice now with this same cashier (Martina). I've been shopping there for 6 months and no other cashier has done that. I shop at other Target locations and never had the problem. I didn't buy the baby formula and left. I will update my Similac account to send me coupons for Amazon rather than Target. For those who are not aware when you sign up for Similac coupons/offers you have to select either Target or Amazon offers. I selected Target because it is near by, but will switch to Amazon due to this negative experience with cashier.
