Don’t bother calling this location, they will not answer the phone. I called for 45 minutes straight with no answer. The question I needed an answer to was not available online or on the app so I had no choice but to drive out of my way to still not get an answer I needed. While in the office (I was the only client in there by the way) I continued to call and although there were 2 clerks doing nothing at the time they still would not answer the phone that they had permanently silenced and refused to answer it. I asked why, they stated that they were busy at the time but the clerk sitting in her chair behind the clerk I was talking still would not answer while looking on her cell phone. A complete lack of customer service and they should be embarrassed to be a called a business and it’s almost as if they want you to choose another bank to do business with.

The hours listed are wrong. We drove all the way out here to be told we will have to make an appointment and come back another day because even though their Bank is listed as being open until 1pm, they are not accountable to the hours as advertised. Instead of making excuses and not being accountable maybe go online and update your establishments working hours so you don't inconvenience more people ?

This bank is easy to use for business deposits after hours. There has never been a line. It is a very straightforward process.

The thought of visiting this branch makes me break out in a cold sweat and want to call my therapist. This Truist location is slow (45 minute DEPOSIT!), they don't know what they are doing, they can't help you, and if they recommend something it's probably terrible advice and actually the thing you DON'T want to do. Go anywhere else, nobody here is working for you...even though they have your money. I switched banks to Uwharrie and they've been great.

Sheer incompetence. I took my teenage daughter in to withdraw her savings (to deposit elsewhere, knowing what a terrible bank this is) and asked for cashiers check. Only after the transaction did the clerk think to advise my daughter the $10 fee would need to be applied to her checking...which she is now also closing!Never occurred to these dolts to give her a chance to decline the check and take cash??AVOID this bank....

Less than one star.I've seen the bad reviews of past and recently found out for myself.I was gifted a check for 300 for Christmas and it was written on a Suntrust check.I pulled to the drive thru that by the way was curtained off and had a tv screen communication system and suction tube.Sent my signed check thru with State issued CDL license, State issued DOT Physical certification and a federally issued Social Security card. Was told those were not acceptable forms of ID.If you do ANY business here you WILL regret it.

My experience was not a good one. I made a deposit and specifically put the check in the cash part of deposit slip as check was also from SunTrust Bank and it was deposited as a check which left me with no money for the weekend. I don't know why there is specific lines if the Teller disregards what you put on the deposit slip. Saying sorry don't cut it when you need that money for food. Being a Senior Citizen we live week to week or month to month. I was a teller for a long time and I asked the customer if I read it as a check or cash on deposit slip. Not hard and takes a second to ask. Now I have to wait 3 days...UGH!

This is not my normal Branch that I visit, but I stopped in to cash 2 checks that are addressed to my husband and I, checks that I cash every month at the branch in Monroe. They refused to cash the checks because my husband was not with me. I realize this may technically be a policy, but we have been Suntrust customers for many years, and I have never had a problem cashing these checks in all of those years!! And they wasted 5 minutes of my time to make this decision. I was running late for an appointment. I will be looking into finding a new bank.
