This business is so unprofessional. No wonder all the reviews are bad. I purchased a Groupon for an Oil change for this business and when I initially called to set up an appointment for the oil change, I was told they don’t do appointments and to call back the day I wanted to get the service done. I call back on the day I want to get the service done, leave a voicemail, and no one calls me back. So I requested a refund through Groupon and the owner of this business refused and said he is available during business hours to help. How can you be of service to your customers if you are making it difficult to schedule an appointment for a service someone has paid for in advance? I’m sorry but coming the day of does not work for me as I am a busy adult with a full schedule. I requested another refund and he said to go through Groupon. Stay away from this business they obviously do not care about retaining customers

Took off work a few hours early to make it there by my scheduled appointment time only for him to tell me that he is leaving and has "better things to do"! When I reminded him that I had an appointment he began to gaslight me in every way possible; said I should have been there early in the morning, then him having "better things to do" became a doctor's appointment "he had", but never mentioned, KNOWING that I had just scheduled the appointment and driven straight there! Finally, he said "well I can't change your oil no way because you have diesel engine"!

Him closing 3 hours early, being majorly RUDE to me, and outright lying to a customers face MULTIPLE times is so unprofessional! You can see who he is in his responses to other customers' reviews, especially him saying "Good Riddance" to somebody saying they won't go back to him....

had a similar problem with groupon. do not book if you don’t make an appointment or if you have a European car. didn’t notice any of this in the fine print, regardless the person working here was extremely rude and didn’t try to be accommodating or advise any other methods…

Trash company.!. Tried to use Groupon and he told me that the Groupon wouldn’t work for my car… I’m a mechanic. I know what goes in my car. I asked why doesn’t it work, and he said “because I said so”.. idk who this dude think he is, but he wouldn’t have said that in person. Will never bring business here again. 0 stars!!!!

Purchased Groupon for oil change, called to make appt, guy was rude, said we would owe more money even though we already paid for it! Will not be doing business with this shady business!

I came here to get my oil changed. Dude told me he couldn’t get my oil filter because the last place tighten to much . He still charged me 63 knowing I’d have to get another oil change. I won’t be back ! He only gets 1 start because I can’t go lower

I am in a financial bind and stuck to a schedule and needed some help with my car. All I needed was an oil change which takes a pro less than an hour. Not only could he not schedule anything remotely soon, he would not schedule anything during the afternoon and was very rude over the phone. It says a lot when a person is struggling and working 12 hours a day refuses to use a Groupon they bought.

Called to make an appointment for a groupon oil change and was notified that they would not honor their own oil change groupon unless I gave them "An additional $20.... IN CASH ....."

Scam artist personified, used Groupon and living social to lure new customer's in, then either refuses to honor said vouchers or add exorbitant fees.Avoid this business at all costs.

This guy is a *****! My girlfriend paid to get my Oil Change in my car. It was fully paid for! And when he was done working on my car. He told her she owes $20 more. She called me and I spoke to my girlfriend and told her do not pay him any more money! And I told her over the phone hes a ***** and I said Im not paying $20 and dont give him $20 he threaten to keep my car! I told him Im gonna call the cops I dont f*** around. I called them on his ass! Dont use this *****! Also he cant keep your car a lawyer would have a field day with that.

Carlos is the BEST! He was able to work with my schedule and make adjustments to his own to accommodate my needs! Make sure you are aware you have to make an appointment! Great prices and often specials offered on Groupon! The work I needed done was completed quickly and efficiently and he even offers a loyalty card to his customers for services! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you Carlos!
