Stylist: Cecelia is amazing. I wear a short, feminine pixie and she gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had in the last 30 years. Highly recommend that you choose her as your stylist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve been coming here for probably 4 years now, and have always had a great experience. My son went from not wanting anyone to touch his hair to being excited because this is part of his Sunday routine.
Aline, is our favorite, she cuts my hair, my sons’ hair, and also gives my wife a tape up and a trim. She’s really great with making sure everyone looks nice for the week.
They are one of the only places open Sunday morning, please stop by.

Let’s keep it simple!…good service, nothing more than another hair cut salon. Very busy on weekend days. Try to go during weekdays and preferably do an online reservation.

To be honest, I’ve never been thrilled about the haircuts I’ve received here in the past but, due to my work schedule I’m not left with not much to choose from. Today I planned to go to Sportsclips in Matthews after work. I sat in traffic for about 45 minutes and arrived at 6:15 PM. When I walked in, one of the staff members asked me if I had checked in online. I replied “no” since it’s a walk in establishment. She then proceeded to tell me “sorry we’re at capacity, we only have two working”. Meanwhile a young child accompanied with his mother and two adults were in the waiting room. One of the waiting customers told the staff member his wouldn’t take long but she didn’t seem interested in budging and quite frankly, I didn’t trust her to cut my hair if accommodations were made. I just feel like the excuse of being short staffed needs to stop. Covid was 4 years ago, it’s time to hire more or pay your employees more so they are more inclined to work. I pay more here than I do my preferred professional barber! At the very least, if customers come in during your operating hours to pay for services they should not be turned around, even if staff has to stay over a few minutes over. I would not be writing this review if it was the last 15 minutes of operation, but 45 minutes before closing? Needless to say, I won’t be returning. I’ll just leave work early one day this week and go to a place that appreciates my business and provides better quality haircut.

Ms. Caitlyn is well worth my trip from Unionville. She engages with you and makes you feel like you’re the only reason she is there. The hair cut you receive is the best and she really is concerned that you’re happy with the results as well. Caitlyn is there five days a week, M - F, 1:00 / 7:00. Give her a try! You won’t regret it.
