Towing services only.
We needed a car towed to the dealer and they were incredible. We have a steep drive and Jordan was nice, helpful, and skilled at getting the car onto the bed when his truck couldn't make it up the drive.
Incredibly reasonable prices too, imo.

I would highly recommend Smith’s wrecker service! My family and I were traveling back to Dunn, NC from visiting Sky Valley,GA when my vehicle decided to break down and I made it to Smith’s wrecker service. I didn’t even have a chance to call and Tyler, our roll back driver, was coming out of the gate!! Right place at the right time! I walked over to see if he could tow us and he checked with his boss and all was well! Tyler is very courteous, professional, a great driver and got my family and I back home! Thanks again Tyler for all of your help!

After a wreck, mint hill police department called them to take the car. By the looks of it, mint hill pd uses them all the time (favors them… sketch)Anyways, they charged 33% more for storing the car under a canopy without me telling them to or without even informing me. If you have your car there, get it out as soon as possible. Best case, don’t use them at all

I went there to get an estimate about small damage in my car ( 2 inches) , and they said that they will give me an estimate which they never did , then I went again and the also promise to do it but the did Not . My best guess they are picky with their customer and they dint offer there service for everyone.. overall it was very disappointed experience

Mr. Smith is an extremely honest man. I recommended him to my neighbor.A few years past someone scuffed my bumper. I took it to Caliber near where I live. They wanted $700 to remove the bumper and repaint.I took it to Mr. Smith. He asked if he could take my car out back. He did and returned it with the bumper looking new. He buffed it out.I asked Mr. Smith how much and he said no charge.I will not take my car anywhere else and only recommend him to others.WOW! An honest businessman! There are still some out there!

Extremely offensive posters in their office. Stay away. If you have a choice don't let them send you Smith's Wrecker to tow your car.

Worst towing company in town. Police send them to tow my vehicle after accident and it's been nothing but headache. If you ever get in an accident and they try to send you Smith's Wrecker, tell them you want someone else. Their customer service is awful.
