15 years ago they would get 5 stars. Not now. Car towed on Friday at 11:15am. Called Monday at 3pm and still not worked on and maybe Tuesday it could be assessed. The excuse was "my guy has 2 other cars in front of mine." He seemed shocked that I asked him why he didn't call to tell us the status. Smith's towing seems to be awesome, so make sure you tow it to another garage.

I wish I could leave a better review, but I would be very wary of having my vehicle serviced here. This shop is currently very understaffed and the existing staff have a lot of health issues. This leads to 3-6 month lead times on work and they may drop projects.

Please do NOT go to this shop. They will give you an estimate that’s not absolutely necessary. They charge way too much on labor and also add bogus charges and fees. They charged me a fee for bringing in my own parts and failed to mention that there ever was a fee before. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’d rather go to a dealership than go here and I hate going to dealerships for any kind of issue. I hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Always a great business although they couldn’t help me to get home but could tow my vehicle. If done it again I would have thought about getting an Uber ? but never did. Thanks again Smith family for your service and I’ll will definitely get that Uber next time and get you to haul my vehicle home ?

I received excellent towing service. It was easy to reach someone via phone, the price was reasonable, the wrecker truck driver was very prompt, and safely towed my dump truck. When the need arises again, I'll surely call on Smith's again. I strongly recommend their towing services.

The starter on my truck went out in Indian Trail. I called Smith, they arrived very quickly and towed me to Concord. They driver was professional and a joy to ride with. Price was very fair.

I had a bad oil leak on my truck and needed some help identifying the issue. A friend suggested Smith's and he had good experiences with them.. I nervously brought to them expecting a major repair by the amount of oil leaking... Don walked an announced it was only a loose oil filter..after a sigh of relief I had them change my oil... I appreciated the honest and quick job....Also a great and friendly staff...I have found my new repair shop....Thanks Charles Jones :)

Easy to work with and reliable. Smith Towing has done multiple Tows for my company and always is easy to reach, on scene very fast and affordable. I couldn’t ask for anything better in a Towing company. They will always be my first call whenever I need a Tow!!

PLEASE do not go to him! I brought my car there last night wrote on the paper what I wanted done. He went ahead and replaced my headlights without me asking (I already bought bulbs and everything) didn't apologize was very rude on the phone claimed he wasn't but him and his secretary or whatever she was were very condescending. I got nothing fixed but did get an oil change and I owe him $369. My family members have been here and were also over changed tremendously. One day this was wrong then the next day the whole clutch needed to be fixed and it was 1500. They wouted me for 2000 to get my breaks fixed and to changed the spark plugs. I am Devastated. I am not rich by any means and just am really sad at how heartless people can be. They will probably laugh at this review but I'm sitting here in tears. Just please save yourself the headache from going there. I never have wrote a negative review in my life I'm not that type of person but for a diagnosis is 369.00 and insane AND he knew the code that was coming up because we provided that to him. Also called 6 other mechanics and they all charge $0 for a break diagnostic. He charged me $100. I'm disgusted with this man NEVER GO HERE I PROMISE!
