I'll give 3 stars because Dynah is kind and does good work. However, her older sister that works there is very hateful and treated me very poorly when Dynah was not there. I told her I was tender headed and she purposely braided my hair as tight as possible and insinuated that I was lying about the price that Dynah and I agreed on (all she had to do was call her if she didn't believe me) I don't know if she treats all clients poorly when Dynah is not around to sabotage her business or what but I had to stop going because I can not allow her to touch my head again.

I took my niece here to get her hair braided for the first time ever when she was visiting a few weeks ago. Dynah and her sister did a beautiful job and my niece absolutely loves them. Dynah was also very helpful and taught me a lot about how to care for her hair ( I am white and my niece is biracial). I will definitely go back when she visits again!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I took my daughter here today last minute to get box braids. They did an amazing job on her hair. They were fast and my daughter absolutely loves it! Prices are much more reasonable than any other place I’ve found. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.Service: Braids

Very unprofessional and unfriendly ladies!. I took my 12yr old to get her hair braided and she started crying so we left before they started and I apologized. I convinced my daughter to go back and called them.. When we got back the lady began to pull my daughters hair and say she cant do style she said originally and started talking in their language making the experience very uncomfortable. Then she said I cant do knotless to her hair but come to the back. Her and the other lady continued talking in her language and rolling eyes at us then she said i will try but its 140.. I said no problem i will pay whatever.. She then kept talking and saying i have to blow dry her hair first and see if I can do it but you will have to pay me for the blow dry. I would have had no problem but with all the back and forth i just decided to leave.. We will never go back or recommend this sorry place!

Dynah and her sisters were wonderful. They were extremely professional, quick, attentive, and accommodating. I’m lucky to have found them as I’ve attempted to book with many others before. Dynah not only answered her phone with kindness, but was very responsive with following up to book my appointment. I love the work they did to my hair. The people are very nice. The place of business is clean. My braids were very tight & have been in for 2 months now. I love the curls they put on my braids. Some posted she's AMAZING. I had anything but an amazing experience. customer friendly NO! She put a movie on in her native language. She spoke on the phone the whole time she was doing my hair in her native. My cell rang it was on the chair beside me, she said let it ring don't move . Trying to be a nice polite customer I didn't answer. I had tocall the pharmacy as I'm speaking to them she's on her phone which made it difficult to hear. I did get there a little late but I kept in contact with her the whole time. As I was going to pay her I realized I was short I had forgotten I hadgotten gas didn't replace the money that I felt badly about. She wasn't too happy with that but I did go get her money because I would not cheat her of one penny.I have had feedins before they're quick and easy and no pain. I gave her one star because at least my edges were not in pain the rest of my head is in pain! Although I kept saying too tightNot a pleasant experience at all.Service: Braids

Dynah and her sister were very nice and professional. They are super sweet people and they take their time in making sure their work is perfect. They do not rush and they are very good at crafting their work. They will have you looking very pretty towards the end. It is definitely the money well spent. I was nervous at first because it was my second time going to someone different and I didn't have a good experience with braids from someone else and so I decided to come to Dynah and she was amazing, her and her sister are very talented. 10/10 will go to again. :)Services: Braids
