“The assistant manager was absolutely incredible!! We were hosting a podcast conference at the Hyatt down the street and forgot to print the speaker cards. We were told to email them, but then the file was too big, we could not figure out the canvas service and were getting flustered. I almost gave up on it, but she insisted on us pushing through. FINALLY, she figured it out and got them printed just in time for the conference to start. NO WAY we could have done this without her. I believe her name was Deshonda???? If you go here and have issues, just ask for her, she's brilliant!!”

I called this location out of sheer desperation, last ditch effort to speak to the local ship station. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, inquiring into my issue and doing everything in her power to get me connected to the ship station. While she was unfortunately unsuccessful, her dedicated effort to help me was sincerely appreciated, and says a lot about this location as a whole.”
