On March 24, 2022 I requested a quote for a sign. On the same day I received a call from Todd Millard asking for more details on the information I requested. I even email the information on that day so I could show him what I was looking for. Due to not hearing anything I contact Mr. Millard on 4/3/2022 to follow on the status and he did not respond until 4/6/2022 to apologize for the delay and ask me for more detail which I responded that day. I have not heard from Mr. Todd or anyone from Signarama since 4/16/2022 when I had to reach out to him again requesting a update. Mr. Todd responded and said he will contact me via phone on 4/18/2022 but I still have not heard from him or anyone from this location.I’m not the one to do this but I very disappointed in the lack of communication that has been shown to myself
