What did this location thinking that I could get paint for my Ryan home. I was then told that I needed to go to the commercial location. Asked the gentleman if he could call the commercial location since it was a few minutes till five. He declined saying that if it was him, he would not answer the phone if he worked at the commercial location? Whatever happened to the idea of service? I must tell you very, very disappointed in the ethical aspects of the service received at this retail location.

I placed an online order for a paint sample on Tues. 09/12. The confirmation email i received said there is a 14 time frame to pick up your order. Received a email Wednesday 09/13 notifying me the order was ready but because the store closes so early I was not able to pick it up til this afternoon Fri. 09/15. Went to pick it up and the man working said “oh we cancelled that, it’s been sitting here for a while.” So you’re telling me because TWO DAYS went by you just cancel the order. Even though the email YOU sent me says there’s a 14 time frame. Unbelievable. You shouldn’t offer online ordering if you require the order to be picked up immediately?

This Sherwin Williams store was super professional and easy to do business with. I was assisted right away and my transaction was easy and quick. It was my first time in the store and all went very well. I will be back for sure for any future project needs.

I arrived for a paint match. They told me the size was too small. I drove back which was another 30 minutes each way only to return for them to say their paint match machine was down. Terrible service!

Been coming to this Sherwin 1-3 times a week for the past several months. Been to several others around the Charlotte area but this one is by far my favorite one to go to. Rick, Josh and Shane have always been very helpful and extremely courteous. You can tell they're knowledgable and have great customer service always offering the best deals and products. Compared to the other stores this one is also the fastest. Keep up the great work.

The only paint store who offered to help me select colors. I went to 3 others! Great paint. Nice employee. Val was fantastic.Went to Providence Rd. And Fairview.

I stopped in to get paint for my pottery studio and it was pretty busy. Kendal was great at helping me with what I needed to get and helped me figure out the correct paint for concrete, drywall, and for doing a stencil on the floor. Thanks for being awesome, I appreciate it!
