Fair prices and good quality.
The Sam's pizza sold at the food court now had only 5 pieces. Today, I bought one 16-inch Sam's pizza, and they didn't have a box, so they served in a disposable plates , which is fine with me , but they given to me 5 plates with one slide on every plate and when I asked about the sixth missing slide the person at the register told me it has only 5 slides which is no accurate.
Is not my first time eating Sam's pizza ...
I was very disappointed since I was feeding at lunchtime. My 3 kids ...

Hello everyone, I want to tell you how Sam's club employees treat their regular customers. We were at the store today 07.11.2024 at 2.20pm and were buying groceries. We paid at the self-service checkout. At the exit from magizin, without even checking the goods, we were immediately taken to another checkout and began checking all our products, rudely throwing them and not explaining the reason. When I asked what the problem was, they told me mockingly, "Keep calm." I said I was calm and was trying to figure out what the problem was. Then they found a product, it was a brownie, which, according to the employees, was unpaid. I took the receipt and checked it myself and saw that the brownie was paid for and was the 4th product on the list. I showed it to the employee, and they just looked at each other and started putting our products back. By the way, we were in a hurry, we had to go to work. After we told them that, no one even apologized to us. As a regular customer of this store, next time I will think about whether I should come to this store. I think the attitude towards customers is terrible!!!

This store is the Matthews location. The store associates are very helpful and are eager to assist you in finding things if you need them, and they’re very friendly. Scan N Go is my thing! Within the app make sure you have a payment method setup. Within the app, locate Scan N Go, open it and scan each of your selected items. Go to the Scan N Go station near checkout, ( keep in mind AI can see everything in your cart)
make sure the item count in cart matches, slide to pay, show bar code to the door attendant and you’re outta there! So simple. This makes shopping a breeze. ?

I purchased tires here that include road hazard repairs. I live 1/2 hour away. Driving here today for groceries I had a flat. I used my portable inflator to limp to Sams Club. I waited almost an hour to speak to someone. Because I don’t have an appointment ( sorry I didn’t plan to have a flat) I’ve waited 2.5 hours for the repair and was just told it will be at least another hour. All appointments come before me- they are all buying new tires ($). Obviously they need to hire for this department. And they have not been very nice about it. Update: they need to reevaluate their policies. After waiting 3 hours to repair my tire, it took 10 minutes. They could have squeezed me in for 10 minutes instead of waiting for every appointment to arrive and be completed.

Horrible experience. I went to purchase an item. The price was $10.91. got to the register, the item rang up $19.95. I told a check out rep that the item was marked $10.91 bbut it rang up higher. Her response was oh and then walked away to help someone else. I waited for her return, she never did. Someone else came to help. Told her to take the items off. She rang the item up again and the took the item off. I checked out just to have to go back in for customer service to refund the over charge. 3-5 business days later. For a company that charges a membership you should have better employees.

Good morning, for two years I have had a membership which I will be canceling due to acts of racism. They have some Indian employees mistreating Hispanic customers. The Americans pass by and do not ask to show the card, but for the Hispanics, as if we had not paid the membership too, then in You can't show the application at the checkout to pay by phone, it has to be with the card when other times you can pay without problems, I almost don't go through this situation anymore but now I cancel, hire people who respect and know how to treat customers regardless of nationality, race or gender.

Canceled my membership! Never been treated so rude and disrespected! After having over $400 worth of groceries and having to scan them myself with 4 kids with me! (One child one years old wanting to be all over the place the employee apparently over the “self check out “ that’s was standing there on there personal Phone can obviously see I had my hands full trying to check out my own items Didn’t even ask if I needed another basket to maybe transfer over to make it a little easier to get to the items on the bottom of my basket i literally had to crawl under it to reach a bar code on the bottom after seeing me on my knees on the floor the employee has the nerve to come up to me and talk about how cute my baby was but yet still doesn’t ask if I needed help or anything well as i was waiting in the long line to make sure i did there job right before being able to leave the store I guess I did not scan one item (foil)the rude lady (Felicia ) at the door let me know ofcouse ! But i did scan the one next to it twice ??♀️ mind you I had steaks and seafood in my basket also and so many more expensive teams so she had me go back to the self check out again to dig through and scan the foil as I was making my way back out to stand in the long line again to leave a manger or whoever stopped me and said they needed to go through my whole basket and receipt before i could leave ooo I was pissed as I stood there again with all my children to make sure I did there job right literally 37 items in my basket and was rude AF to me like I just stole a millions dollars out of there store. After they realized what happen did they say anything like im sorry for the confusion or I see you have your hands full can I get you didn’t need everything because I was making food for my family members funeral that passed I would have just left it all and asked for my money back so I loaded everything up in my truck and made it back in to cancel and they crazy think is the lady at the desk didn’t even ask why after being a member for years! Costco here I come

The receipt checkers are reason enough to go to the more crowded Costco close by. Extremely rude and seem to get overwhelmed by the smallest speed bumps that come their way, causing unsafe crowds around the exit. Maybe someone can come up with a better procedure for when an item is missing on someone's receipt other than the "stop them and block the exits completely" method that's used now. I'm sure the fire marshal would be happy about it.
