Dear lord, DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES HERE!!! I have never in my life had any issues with tires like i have had ever since i got mine replaced here 6 months ago. Ever since then I have had 4 flat tires and I am so sick of it. They obviously don’t know what they’re doing.

I literally just came in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, it was during peak hours. The line was very long, and when I finally made it to the cashier register to order, the guy rang me up wrong and got upset thinking I didn't tell him the correct amount of pizza slices I needed. He did make up by just letting me "have the slice" since they were busy. Other than that, tasty, cheap food to-go. I especially like their hotdog combo plus, Sam's Club has the sauerkraut condiment packets

The cafe has the best pizza. Perfect for the entire family at a great price. My 4 year old cannot go in this location without asking for pizza. The ladies who work the cafe are so nice and personable too.

My wife heard this was a good way to save money (buying in bulk). We went and asked customer service for the "One Day Pass" (still offered on the internet to this day) for new customers interested in becoming members... We were told "No, that must be something we offered in the past." So... we couldn't get the "one day pass" and had to get the membership. We got a hard sell (from Austin) for the more expensive membership. I did my homework so when he didn't mention the cheaper one - I did it for him. We got the cheaper one and signed up while Austin awkwardly flirted with my lady (I had a good laugh at Sam's Club boy trying to be suave). Anyway, I think Wal-Mart is fine... unless you own a restaurant or something. We'll use it sometimes since we paid for it... we probably should have walked away but whatever.

Sam"s Club in Matthew NC is now a self check out store. If you want to go into a store and spend money and have great customer service DO NOT go here. I have been a club member for quite a few years now but after my last 2 trips to this store I will be changing my membership to either BJs or Costco! So no more self check out for me because I'm not employed by them !

What a joke this company has become. When I complained about them only having 1 register open and the line was to the front door. And that they discriminated against people who write checks being able to use self scan. The manager then refused to take the check and cancelled the order, This was at a regular register (not self scan). Then when I called corporate to file a complaint I was told the membership had been cancelled. No wonder Costco is always busy. We have been a member for 26 years.

I called them hoping to have a simple question answered only to be immediately put on hold and then made to wait for at least 4 minutes just to be hung up on. ridiculous

Never again! We got scammed into joining Sam's Club through the Value Pack coupon and now Sam's Club will not honor the coupon. They did however, gladly take our money and inform us that our $45 gift card is on the way. After many months of contacting Sam's Club, they have finally told us that we are not eligible for the gift card. This is a scam, beware!!

I've been a member of the Sam's Club in Matthews, NC since they opened @33 yrs ago. Since the change of management a few years ago, customer service has taken a nose dive in so many ways. Inflexibility, rudeness and the arrogance/attitude of the managers does not inspire me to continue as a member. I'm pretty sure they could care less. A little kindness and flexibility would go a long way to not make customer service an oxymoron at the Matthews Sam's Club.

Don’t let Abby in customer service assist you. She’ll complain she’s only been at work an hour and not want to assist. And forget about getting a store manager. No one could find one to come help. Left without my product.

I really do not want to type all my grievance on here! I think Sam's Club corporate customer service needs to reach out to me. I received the absolute worst attention from the managers Jacob and Passion in the Matthews NC store. As soon as my concerns are met I will no longer shop and give your company any more of my business and I have been a Member at this store since it opened!

Been 20 years since I've signed up and back to this Sam's club and totally disappointed. Unfortunately, this Brand of Walmart is sorely lacking in leadership and lost opportunity to keep up with the Warehouse leader Costco. The place is dark, untidy, and dated, self checkout doesn't work as well and slows the checkout process. Employees are not happy and it shows Lacking customer support and not enough staff on floor to assist.
