I came here on my way heading home from North Carolina heading to Pennsylvania as we came to visit my sister. And here is why I am not giving this 1 star and instead 5 stars 1. We came and most of the coffee machines weren’t working for coffee not working and didn’t have a sign saying out of order. 2. One of them I did is broken about how much hoy needed it that was giving me problems which caused my coffee to spill. Disappointed worst gas station I have been to never coming back.

I would have given 5 stars cause I’m a regular, and I make small talk with all the staff. Most are kind and personable, but the young chubby guy who cashed me out was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Didn’t catch his name, but he was working the counter at around noon.

QTs are my family's favorite convenience store/gas station. So much selection and those pretzels are to die for. Don't forget the cheese sauce though!

I have been in the store numerous times and they are constantly out of items. They have ketchup bottles , no packets, have small cups to put ketchup in but no lids, The slushie machines are always out of service and coolers are not stocked. They are also very rude! Quik Trip on 10621Monroe rd. In Matthews NC
