I love this Publix. I’m a huge fan of their pharmacy. They really offer top notch service. They do all the hard work dealing with the insurance company and Dr’s office when it comes to prior authorizations. It blows my mind how frustrating it is these days to get prescriptions you need! It is typically the insurance company or Dr office where the issues are. But the pharmacy usually get the upset customers. I’m guilty of it myself. They also offer certain antibiotics for free. Idk of any other pharmacy that does. If I could afford to buy all my groceries from there, I would just for the service!

Overall, the store is very clean and well kept. However, this 2 stars is for the slowest deli in town. Always have plenty of workers, but it could not go any slower. Alexander stood in front of us and took 6 minutes to build an online sub, while we were waiting in front of him for some chicken tenders. He refused to speak to us for the first half we stood there, then told us he’d be right with us as he chatted with his fellow coworker. The experience here every time is disappointing, lucky for them the food is good.

There was a cashier working that was very kind. She was in a 10 items or less lane and I was not paying attention and unloaded most of my groceries by the time she had alerted me to that. She didn't ask me to leave but asked for patience as she didn't have a lot of room to bag. Alot of grocery stores that I have been to would have asked.me to go to another aisle. She was super kind. I don't remember her name but I did point her out to a supervisor.

The friendliness of the staff is unmatched in the area. Ben at the checkout is most helpful and friendly and Tiffany in the deli is always a smiling face providing me with the very thin slicing I prefer! ??

This is MY PUBLIX! I love how clean and organized this store is and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are not always the lowest on some of my every week items but I continue to visit and purchase since I am pleased with everything else. :)

former super bilo store. Bi-lo gave their store to publix. Publix stores are good but they are spread out. Publix needs to be closer to Matthews like on Matthews Township parkway
