Christy, the pharmacist, has gone above and beyond to assist me in locating a hard to find medication for my nebulizer. Additionally, she went out of her way to help get insurance coverage for that medication.
I commend her professionalism and hard work.

Great experience! The team is attentive and always willing to help even when it’s busy. The Pharmacist (Christy) is kind and open to answering questions. I have multiple patients who use this location and most are happy. I would recommend this pharmacy (and Publix pharmacies in general) to friends, family and colleagues.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for several years and have always had a great experience. The pharmacists are very friendly and go out of their way to help. A couple times they did not have a medication that was prescribed but they were able to order it for us.

I'm just so disappointed by this publix. I placed an online order for subs. I arrived at stated time. The lady was kind but apologized saying that she was "behind schedule" even though no one is in line. This is at 3pm on a weekend, not a game day. She asks me to go shopping. I actually didnt need to buy anything else. Then she proceeds to mess up my order. She didnt realize it, I had to point it out to her. She was kind through it all. But still. I get my subs after 45 minutes of waiting. 45! Then I stand in line to go check out. it's super slow and the check out staff are kind as well, but just very inexperienced.

We used to use the Publix Pharmacy in Mint Hill - Amanda, the pharmacist at this location is awesome. However, we have recently tried (multiple times) to use the pharmacy at the Matthews Store (McKee Rd), and they are awful. They either do not have the medicine (and ask the patient to call other Publix's to see which one has it - even though they can see other Publix locations in their computer system), do not have the medication ready at the promised time, etc. They also knew my husband was waiting in the store but failed to reconstitute my daughter's antibiotic until he was standing with our crying daughter at the register. This is very disappointing and frustrating when as a parent you have sick children that need their medications ASAP. I have also noticed that when I am in the store shopping I can hear the pharmacist and technicians gossiping behind the counter about other people and about their jobs- no wonder the prescriptions are never ready on time! I have actually driven to Mint Hill to get our prescriptions several times in order to get our prescriptions in a timely manner with great customer service. But, I cannot continue to do so - so we will be leaving Publix pharmacy and getting our prescriptions elsewhere.

Check out the dip near the deli ./ just a bit spicy . Their fried chicken is awesome. Good deals a lot of times . Just sign up. Love the deli too and the hoagies Nice amount of fresh seafood too

I have been here a few times and they are consistent.This store is clean and the staff are very friendly. They have a shared parking lot and you can always find a spot. They have some great deals. The shelves are fully stocked and the items are fresh. It's well lit and they great deals. I definitely recommend and will be back.

Completely disappointed with the deli market. Came for a quick sub, and waited in line for 30 minutes. Only one person ahead, figured you guys were maybe short staffed. I get it, times are rough. But when it was finally my turn, I ordered and none of the deli meat was cut, went to my second option, same thing. Lady said she could go and cut some but it's be another 10-15 minutes. Which means that I would be waiting almost an hr for half a sub? So inconsiderate of peoples time. Either close the deli for prep or start telling people that the expected time will be A LOT longer. I don't even write reviews but this truly left such a sour taste in my mouth and I didn't even get eat.

This location isn't the Publix closest to me but I usually stop by when I'm in the area. I stopped by last night, 11-16-21. The store is always clean. I can always count on finding either products or flavors that you don't usually see everywhere, including Harris Teeter. I saw this same juice beverage at a competitor's store off Providence Rd, but they only had the 52 oz size. This gave me an opportunity to sample a new flavor without fully committing to it.
