Happy someone was in the sales Office to sell me the moving boxes I needed. All the others places… no one was available and the doors were locked…. Thank you for being in the Office to make the sale… ???

We have rented here for several years and it was sufficient. However, early this year the office staff changes and Charles is great. We see him every time we stop by, he checks on units, and asks if we need help. I feel safer while I am there now that Charles is there.

Customer service is so kind and helpful at this location. I was finally starting to empty my Dad’s items we had stored, which was tough on its own. Then with a fully loaded SUV my battery died. Charles from the office was so kind pulling over his car and jumper cables to get me up and running, on an extremely hot day. Thank you for being so nice!! Our storage unit is super clean as well.

Today I had a wonderful experience renting a space at 801 Matthews Township Pkwy, Matthews, NC 28105 , with Charles the Attendant, his dedication to help was wonderful! I was very well received and received a service worthy of 5 stars

The place is run down and the customer service is horrible. They say stuff and write something else in their computer. No honesty. The Public Storage machine is programmed to extract money from customers. They give you enough time to move all your stuff in and then raise your rent. In my case, from $500 to $700. Then the rain brings water into the unit. They never fixed the problem. I have $700 in damage and what do you think they are going to pay that. I was told that the additional fees were waived and then they added it back in once they got my $500. When I told them to listen to the call, they refuse because they know they are wrong. When I told them that I have pulled the footage off my security camera and listened to it and I know I am right, they say thats illegal. They care more of the legality than the honesty. Looks like they are trained to be pitbulls, aggressive and go for the wallet. All about money. Poor customer service.

I had to put my belongings in storage for one month and putting it here was the worst mistake. I have no clue how this location is getting any five star reviews . This place is a dump. Shady people hangout here and leave their nasty trash everywhere. The elevators never worked and I was on the 3rd floor. I called corporate about this location and they haven't responded. Also, they deceptive advertising on their website. I booked a unit on the first floor and when I got there they told me there was no first floor. And this cost of storage for this dirty place is ridiculous. I strongly recommend not putting anything here.

My unit was robbed because outside gate was broken and left open. It has had no climate control and was broken down. All they care about is getting $ out of you. No concern for you or your property. When I told mgr she refused to give me info at corporate. When I asked if gate and door to unit would be fixed she told me she could not say. I had to move my stuff right then and there. When I return the office is closed for lunch at 3:45 pm. I send email and no one cares about my loss, I get asked for $137.00 for next month. Really?! Where is the money I had to pay a mover, my stolen goods, and fees for new facility because you didn't keep a safe, clean and secure location. Shame on you!!! The place has become a shamble

- Employee here accidentally switched my and another customer's accounts. This resulted in my storage insurance being cancelled. Because of their screw up, I was forced to pay more each month than I was before. They offered no compensation for this.- That same screw up caused them to double charge me one month without my knowledge and without permission. Prepare for them to debit from your account whenever they please apparently.- Door magnets that are supposed to keep the heavy doors open don't work. Had a rough time moving out with every door forced closed.- Temperature controlled? Sure, if you like your belongings at a cool 110 degrees.- Call after call, no one picks up the phone. Multiple voicemails left, no one calls you back.- Public Storage online customer support is useless. "We will get back to you" and you never hear from them again.I was a loyal customer for almost 6 years and I can safely say that I will NEVER give another dime to Public Storage.

I have been so plesed with both ladies that helped me yesterday. I had rented another self storage and it was too small. I tried calling many times and noone called me back. I called the Self Storage on Red River and the customer service was better than 5 stars. They sent me the link on my way to the location and when I arrived, it was done. They explained everything. They asked if I had more question. I do not find customer sevice such as this many places. Thank you both, ladies. You were awesome!!!
