Been a member for 15 years. Haven’t been able to spend my money for the last 2 years. Stuck with $1600 in barter that I can’t use because members are so afraid to take more in trade in an organization that seems to be shrinking, lacks customer service and an owner who does not cares about his clients. If you’re looking for a barter group, avoid this one. It’s on its last legs. They also deactivated my account because I voiced my disapproval yet have kept my money.

These are amazing people and honestly, I appreciate them as a 30-year retired military veteran. I've been amazed at the ways to build barter credits and also extract it out. Restaurants, vacations, soap and cleaning supplies, coffee, jewelry, meats, etc...
These folks are very honest.

As a member of Premier since it opened two years ago I have seen a steady decline in business as well as a drop in client satisfaction. I have worked with five barter companies in the last twenty years and this has been the worst experience by far. They currently owe me over 4000.00 in barter and will not even respond. Four months after I joined they did an EFT transfer from my bank and I had to get the fraud Dept to reverse it. There is zero integrity within the company and many members refuse to do any business whatsoever. There are no longer any restaurants or bars, no newsletter, and no communication within the group. The brokers don't answer the phones and they have no want lists or have lists since last year! Very unprofessional. Their member directory is full of business who no longer wish to be associated with Premier but Premier refuses to drop them because they don't have many members. Also members are listed in many categories they do not meet in order to create the illusion that they are larger than they really are. In fact, they even list employees who have been terminated so that it appears that they are not just a one man show.

Sindo has been extremely professional, honest and caring for everyone of his clients and goes the extra mile for whatever it takes to make a client happy.
I have been a member for day one, and know Sindo from another barter company he represented, and he is as honest as they come! This is why I followed Sindo when he started Premier, because I know I can rely on a company who stands behind what they do!
Sindo has saved my company thousands of cash dollars, that allowed me to barter with business I need. If I need something for my business or personal, they will take care of it!
