Everyone I've dealt with at OpenFiber (now called Ripple) were awesome. Addison came and installed the final connection into my wiring closet and the fiber network device and did an excellent job! The Service is very fast and reliable and I am 100% satisfied and confident that this service is just what's needed for WFH.4 months update - have not had a single outage since the installation. Connection is rock solid. Giant files download and upload quickly. i hardly think about my internet service now. Spectrum would go out periodically and i would have to go elsewhere to work at those times. My neighbor came to me the other day to check in about my satisfaction with openfiber/ripple and i gave it a thumbs up. I wish there were more than five stars in google ratings.

They are installing the fiber infrastructure in our neighborhood and they are cutting our current Internet provider lines so we are without Internet, and I’ve had to have my servicer come out twice this week to re-run our lines. I WILL NOT SIGNING UP for Open Fiber, when services become available. It shows who are ethically as a company, and you’ve created more hassle for me as a professional working from home. They did this for our entire neighborhood, horrible way to get visibility for your business.

This company is in the process of laying fiber in our neighborhood. It’s been nothing but trouble. No communication before coming in and digging everyone’s yards. They’ve cut Spectrum’s lines multiple times. Icing on the cake today- in spite of everything being marked they just hit a water line and took out the water for the entire neighborhood. It this is any indication of their competence I don’t know why anyone would use their services.

Just had fiber installed, and the level of customer service that Jessie provided was beyond top notch! She explained everything in detail and was incredibly patient with our questions. She made sure all of our devices were up and running (as we both work from home) prior to leaving. So far so good…speeds are fast and everything works great! Keeping Spectrum as a backup for 30 days but we’re hopeful to finally cut the last “cord” with them soon!

Open Fiber USA was installed in my home about three weeks ago. Previously I had Spectrum .5 Gig service. I was expecting significantly increased speed from my new 1 Gig service. Sprectrum was providing about 600 mbs download speed wirelessly. Hardwired into the Nokia Fiber Modem, I am seeing around 400 mbs, and much less wirelessly.The customer service I have received has been horrible. I submitted a request by email three weeks ago. Someone called who could not speak understandable English and hung-up on me. I received a couple of emails that I responded to but received no response in return. My last service request, ID 2652404, was sent seven days ago with no response. I called today and was told that they were escalating my request to tier two.I am fearful that my service will be disrupted, and I will receive the same kind of service I am receiving now, which is pathetic.

We were initially happy with the service. Addison & Jesse were very friendly, helpful and professional during the install. Fast forward 3 months and our wifi keeps messing up, almost daily. Every time we call customer service the same woman answers and she’s completely clueless. After going back & forth for 2 weeks, Open Fiber finally scheduled a service appointment. The time window they gave us is between 1am-5am (yes, a.m.). I hate to do it, but I guess I’ll be returning to the lesser of two evils (Spectrum).

Have only had the service active for ~2 weeks now but so far no outages and speeds/ping is much better compared to Spectrum. Only thing I wish they had was higher speed plans available. I'm really hoping to be able to upgrade to multi-gig in the (near near) future.

Giving one star at this time. I was told someone would contact us before anything was attached to my house. No one contacted us and the "box" was attached to the wrong side of my home instead of the same side as the other devices. I guess the employees took the easiest route and I have tried to call multiple times today, always a busy signal. Not a good sign.

My fiber was hooked up today and the speeds are absolutely awesome! Addison and Jessie did an amazing job installing my modem and connecting to my existing mesh network. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and the work they did was neat and clean. Happy to finally give Spectrum the boot!

Internet speed and reliability are great but their customer service is where they SHINE!! If I’m having an issue, I always receive a prompt response. Addison has gotten me back online more than once and even calls back to make sure I’m up and running. Can’t say that about many businesses today. Bravo, and thanks for your continued Service Excellence!!

Had a great experience with new fiber install. From sales to construction to install everything went smooth. Had Addison a senior technician do a custom install to place modem to our preferred location and place an extender to broadcast signal further across home. Amazing how fast internet brings peace to a home. ?

No integrity! I took the time to walk with the installer to confirm the work to be done they put a hole in my siding when I clearly requested for them to pull the siding panel and not drill through it .I negotiated two months free to compensate for the damage but billing did not reflect my two months free and my online view of service reflected an order of one gigabyte. when in fact I ordered a quarter gig. I called their office five times to fix it before bill is due and let them know that my account does not reflect proper billing.. They told me no worries it will be corrected by the time the bill is due they just can’t do it until actual bill date. On billing day it was not fixed I called again they committed one month free to make up for it. I agreed and later that day I get a call from Jenny saying they would not do so, and still get billed full amount This company operates unethically which is choking to me given the fact they are just starting out in this area and making a name for themselves not a good way to go about it. Also , they require you to put your credit card on file to activate service and once you do that you are unable to cancel your auto pay. This Jenny representative. has no integrity and should be fired!

Don't be fooled by this company. There is no local office. This is a scam company from South Africa and there is no local customer service. I have been trying for going on a year to get this scam of a company to correct the damage to my yard. Stay away from this company. Stay with spectrum! The only way you get a response is if you leave a good review. This company is a scam!Stay away from this scam of a company. Stay with Spectrum!!Don't be fooled by the fake good reviews. Any good reviews are fake! The installer they send are uneducated and will con you into posting a good review, but don't fall for it. This company is a total scam!!! Stay with Spectrum!!
