“Started feeling sick Friday. 4 people in my office were already out sick. By Monday I needed medical assistance and testing for Covid,flu, & RSV. I was able to book my appointment the same day. They called in my prescriptions and provided information. The staff was patient and friendly. The doctor was friendly, professional and knowledge with my health condition and any pharmaceutical interactions. Very happy and confident that I was on my way to recovery. I highly recommend this facility.”

“What a wonderful alternative! Let me just say I am so happy that I found this place. I needed not only routine lab work but some extra lab work. Lab work that can be costly yet so imperative that I have done to aid in diagnosing my recent health issue. The Any Lab Test Now in Indian Trail have hours available for the working person and take walk ins. You can book online. They offer lab work for an amazing amount of tests that you don’t have to request from your doctor if you know what you need. ALSO! The prices which are GREAT are clearly stated on their website, on their window and in their brochures! What a concept! No surprises. No insurance needed. I was able to see what my total would be before my appointment. Also explanations of tests that help you to better be in the driver seat of your own health. The Manager and staff were so kind and personable! They will even fax or email your results to your physician if that is what you need. The place was very clean and inviting! I am going to tell everyone about this place. Several locations in and around Charlotte. I myself will be returning to the Indian Trail location. Check out their website and you will see for yourself that this is such a great alternative to the usual experience at other places.”

“Located on 3rd floor of the hospital, get off the elevator and it’s first on the right.Quick and easy, friendly. I had an early morning appointment, and did the check-in by phone option. Otherwise you can go straight to the check-in kiosk at the lab. They got me in early and the whole thing was complete under 15 minutes.Masks optional, but they had signs everywhere stating the importance of masks to protect the most vulnerable, and all staff were wearing masks. ???I will come back to this location.”

“I scheduled an appointment on line to complete a drug screening for an employer. I went in not expecting much based on some of the previous reviews. Scheduling the appointment on line was done with ease. My appointment was today at 130 pm. The check in process was easy and efficient. I did not wait long (maybe 5 minutes) before I was called back to the office. I was greeted by Chandra G. She was very professional, pleasant and explained each step. The entire process took approximately 15 minutes. I was truly in and out. Chandra thank you for your exceptional service today!”

“I’ve been going to this location ONLY for the past 2.5 years (getting my blood drawn at least every 3 months, sometimes more often). Even after I moved to Waxhaw, I still drive there. Never had any issues, the employees are always kind and friendly. It can be busy early in the morning but as long as you have a scheduled appointment, you should be fine.”
“I don’t remember the nurse’s/phlebotomist’s name but she was awesome. She made a crummy day better by not only fitting me in after an appointment fiasco, but also being super chill and friendly. My visit was quick and painless (best blood draw I’ve ever been through). I thank her sincerely and will go to her location as long as she’s still there.”
