This store saved me big time. I bought a beautiful marketplace bed that was missing the center support beam and I needed a box spring. Haley was super helpful and accommodating with the process of finding appropriate replacement pieces. I’ll definitely be returning for any other mattress needs.

Haley is great. I needed a box spring and she offered me a platform base so I didn’t have to buy the metal rods. Then she carried me and my box spring to my car. What a hero.

Crystal was AWESOME !!!!!! She was very knowledgeable. She knew everything that we needed and helped us throughout the entire process of selecting a mattress. She is a superstar and I would suggest her to anyone that needs to understand the intricate details of selecting and buying a mattress.
Mattress Warehouse is by far superior to any other mattress retailer that I’ve visited and I’ve visited quite a few in the Charlotte metro area within the past few days.
