He took care of me when I needed it. Came out late on a Friday evening. Repaired my dryer that kept blowing the heating element, since he repaired it, it's been running like a champ for over a year. Quality parts and quality work, and he was very knowledgeable.

I first connect with them several years ago when my aging GE washing machine was acting up. It turns out some of the internal hoses were plugging up, which eventually would have caused the machine's sensors to not know when the tub was full... aka a flood. They also did a thorough job cleaning our dryer, which is just as old. I keep their magnetic card/number (old school, but works) on the front of the dryer... just in case. Since then I have replaced the washer and am in the process of replacing the dryer. Since they fix washers and dryers all day long all week long, they have a pretty good idea which brands/models are good, and which can be problematic. More recently our dryer was not drying. Instead of coming out to and hitting me with a trip charge, after asking a couple of diagnostic questions, they directed me to have the vent cleaned out. That was it. When it comes to laundry machine services I would not use anyone BUT them. Period.

Reported an issue with him, he came in on time, the diagnosis was quick, he explained all the details of what happen and he also had the drain pump with him, so there was no need to wait and he replace it right in the spot.He indeed showed he was knowledgeable and experienced in the matter.I would highly recommend this company....!!!Service: Repair washer

Fast and helpful communication, easy to make an appointment, and right on time both times I've had them come to the house. Pricing is very reasonable. The tech is extremely knowledgeable about washers and dryers and was able to diagnose my issue quickly and provided recommendations that suited me. Highly recommended!

Fast call back on a Sunday! Appointment set for Monday. Service technician was on time, very informative and responsive to my questions Diagnostics showed the problem to be too much soap. Cost of repairs were more than fair. I would use this company without reservation if I had another washer/dryer problem. Many thanks!

Do not trust their website. Their website claims they are open for business and that they are located at 10020 Monroe Rd #170 in Matthews, NC but if you drive there...you find a UPS. They do not pick up the phone or answer your voicemails. There is not a live person you can talk to. You can message them and that's the only way to get an immediate response. Per the person or possible "bot" that responded to me, they claim they are not open to the public and are not selling to the public right now...however...they claim to be open on their website AND on Google. Do you not waste your time with them for any of their services or if you're trying to buy parts/appliances from them. If they have all the time in the world to respond to your messages then they should have the time to update their address and the status of their business. What a shame.
