The physicians, the Staff, the grooming department, are all knowledgeable and professional, and welcoming. I’ve been to many vet practices throughout the years with many dogs. Matthews Animal Clinic is the very best.

The is one of the best animal clinics ever. The doctors are so freakin nice and very thorough with our fur babies. Everyone I have encountered here has been so kind and they take excellent care of my boys. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vet in the Matthews area.

They are the BEST !! They take such good care of my 13yr. old puppydog. The Dr.s...well, you could'nt ask for any better. The staff is so good with all the animals, remembering names, etc.. I know LiLi is in the best hands possible.

There is not a more compassionate, caring, and professional veterinary clinic in the Charlotte or surrounding area than Matthews Animal Hospital. Yes, we have experience with other vets and found nothing to compare to the completeness of service as here. We recently had to say goodbye to our four-legged angel (Penny). On the absolute worst day ever, Dr. Meadows compassionately helped us come to the best, most loving decision for our beloved girl. We will be forever grateful to you Dr. Meadows.

Truly a special group of talented professionals! They are thoughtful, patient, incredibly skilled, and put both you and your pet at the center of their work. They also have an office cat, which is super cool!
Honestly, I feel so lucky that I've been able to have their help as a new cat day. I've had 2 geriatric cats and when the first one became sick they went above and beyond to support both Chester and myself. When the time came, he was surrounded by love and it meant the world. They are a truly special group of healers and I'm so happy they are in our community. Thank you!

We have been going to Matthews Animal Clinic for years and I can say with full confidence that we will never go to another vet! We have experienced everything here, from bringing our puppy here for his first visit, saying goodbye to our sweet girl, regular visits, surgery’s, sicknesses and more - we are always taken care of! We know that when we are here, our dogs are in the best hands possible. Everyone is so kind and helpful, they remember your pets when you come in the door!
