Just stopped by and made a hefty purchase. Was treated. Rudely ignored. Jackie, the manager/ cashier was extremely slow. Two people behind me checked out faster than me. Super disappointing experience. Hope this is rectified soon

Did a retail therapy... found some great items - mostly gifts for family and friends. Time well spent. Although the wait for checkout was long, customer service was excellent.

I shopped here on 1/30/23 between 1-4:30pm. I had just left a store full of massive mixed up clothing chaos with no dressing room and employees standing around in the middle of the store leaning on a rack, chatting. That was very aggravating. I drove here from across town knowing I could find what I was looking for fairly easily and I was right and I always buy things I don't need. ? There was a manager here who was involved in giving instruction on clothing racks and such, nearby and when she was finished, I told her how much I appreciated the clean, organized store and that it was like night and day from where I just left. Thanks to the pleasant, cheery, attentive manager and hard workers. My only "con" with coming here is that there needs to be a full house of cashiers because there are so many shoppers, this being an impulse-buying store and all. I have left the store and saved hundreds of dollars because of no time to wait in line. This Tues I spent over $100 here, fyi. I will be back as always.

I will never shop at this store again. I found a shirt labeled by the store with 2 tags. One for $34 and one for $19, I did not even see the higher price before getting to the register and it being scanned. It was brought to the cashiers attention, she aknowledged this was the store's mistake. So half the cashiers were saying to give it for the smaller price on principle. Yet she refused. Never have I seen a retail store admit it was their fault but not honor the mistake.

Store very busy the week before Christmas which makes it hard to walk down aisles. Long checkout line but moved quickly. Our cashier was friendly and hummed/sang along to the holiday music .

The store was clean. I left without purchasing my choices because when I looked up to the checkout lane and saw the length of the line, my spontaneous choices were not important enough for me to wait through a long line for.

Store front is filthy! So few cashiers! We come in with disgust, wait extremely long in line. For what? To increase TJXX profits. I bet you guys laugh at us for still coming here. I expected more consideration from TJXX.

small store by far the worst and oldest Marshalls the Charlotte region area. Not only that the lines were backed up only had 3 cashiers. If there is no price tag another employee has to find a similar product and sell it at the closet price and couldn't make up a price tag or else it would be out of inventory. So Karen the cashier surely a Karen, Rodney who search through the racks finding the similar product, and Zurpohia the manager who didn't provide good service. Zurpohia who didn't want to sell the item for $1 but wanted to charged $4.50. Karen had to go to another register and take care of another customer and let me waiting.This place should be relocated and be better location. I suggest you all to shop at another marshalls

This Marshalls has disappointed my family and I twice now the lines were so long and not enough workers they shut down the dressing room down when I came to try on clothes with my child! Absolutely Terrible !!
