If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I was searching for a shop to assess and price a possible transmission repair. After calling several places, I landed on Marcelo’s. I could tell who answered the phone was smiling and she greeted me very warmly. After explaining my issues, Jaelle was soooo helpful. She went above and beyond and researched prices, explained their process, and was very thorough. I dropped my truck off and they kept me appraised throughout their whole process.Great communication. Fantastic customer service. And excellent prices. Thanks team for taking care of me!!

As a business owner myself, I understand the effort it takes to provide good service for your customers. Marcelo and his dedicated team were everything I could ask for from an auto mechanic. They were honest with me about the repairs of the vehicles, kept me updated through the entire process of the repairs, and did a phenomenal job. I came in with my Mini Cooper with a non-functioning fan as well as a bunch of other problem that everybody else told me would cost an arm and a leg to replace or repair. Marcelo was able to not only resolve all the issues in less than a day, but on top of that gave an amazing price for his services. He has also replaced tires on my tires for a price cheaper than everybody else, and has replaced a water pump on my Mazda Miata, once again, for a better price and a faster time than everyone else I've been to. I will be going there for a long time with my cars, and I have already told friends and family to go there as well.Thank you Marcelo,great work.Services: Electrical
