ill be going to home depot. It is ridiculous the way lowes has cut back on checkout help. only one checkout line open for contractors and a long line at self checkout.

Over 2 weeks since the delivery team damaged my home delivering my new washer, and still no help from the delivery center, store, or home office. Whatever you do don’t order a delivery from Lowe’s.
Update following the corporate response below. The number in their response was contacted twice before the review neither time helpful, and the second agent I spoke to didn’t know how to use the phone system, and dropped the call.
We’re now 1 full month following Lowe’s contracted delivery team damaging my home, and resolution is nowhere in site.

Should have known with 4.2 stars a $329 mini excavator would turn into $600 dollar 24hr rental, returned it with 15 minutes to spare unloaded it and was charged $200 dollar because it wasn’t clean enough (I leaf blew leaves and most dirt off). The manager gave me the option go clean it and pay $150 late fee or $200 dollar cleaning fee will be charged. I opted to pay cleaning fee, then got a call later saying they needed my card to charge the additional charge and if I didn’t come back there would be more charges. Best part was a thunderstorm came through between when I dropped it off and when they called which cleaned the excavator better than it was when I first got it. Terrible first time renting from Lowe’s can’t see myself doing it ever again.

I needed some clarification about my delivery. I called the main number for over an hour in vain. I gave two stars only because tool rental employee answered the phone. He transferred the call over to customer servie but again no one answered. In future I will definitely go with HomeDepot.

No one is available to assist with getting product. Found an associate after a long time. But the product that the web site said was at the store was out if stock. Frustrating.

I've been remodeling my bathroom and buying all of my supplies from lowes. I tried to return 2 vanities but they refused because it was 3 month and 3 weeks past purchase date. You would think they would make an exception to keep a customer happy and for future business. I WILL NEVER shop in lowes again

All I needed from the garden center was a small Rhododendron plant. I went to ask an employee in the outside area who was taking a personal call on her phone. After asking if she could just point me to the right section she shakes her head and points at another green vest adorned employee. I repeat my question to this person. "Rhododendron?" she answers with surprise followed by a short "No" as she turned back to her work. The third green vested employee was at least more polite as he explained that he had only been working there a week and that I should find someone with a red vest to help me. After about 5 minutes I finally located a red vest before they could escape. She explained that she does not know as much about the plants as the employees in the green vests and points me back to green vest #2 for some help. Losing my patience here but I try one last red vest employee and I get the same answer that the green vests are the so called experts. At that point I would have asked for a manager but I was 100% confident that I would have gotten the same response as employee #2. "Manager?" "No" as she turns back to her work. At no point did anyone offer to find me someone who could help me and I ended up walking out of there empty handed after about 25 minutes. It seemed like a pretty straightforward question and the fact that 5 separate employees acted like I was speaking a different language was pretty shocking.

Have been doing all of our shopping here and I was shocked that they refused to accept a pex pipe return without a receipt or a credit card record. (had my guy purchase it and couldn't find the receipt)
Fortunately, HD at least gives you store credit when you can’t provide POP therefore I'd be doing my shopping there from now on.
