Merchandise was orderly, placementwas strategic. Unfortunately-Kohls needs a larger space to accommodate the many people that come into the small space. This suggests a feeling of people walking all over each other. The young ladies that work there do a fine job. I believe Sephora needs a mature person to represent the many 50 + ladies that come to the store to purchase products like Lancome and other such mature skin products. There were just as many 55, and 60 + ladies that could use the expertise of someone they could relate too. Please consider hiring someone that is older. We are not all old looking and wrinkled up.

Not as great as it used to be. Selection in jewelry and accessories has significantly shrunk and the checkout lines have significantly increased. Best to order online and pickup in store.

The merchandise, even the clearance items was well organized and the check out line moved quickly even though it was busy.

They don’t keep this store stocked very well. I’m tired of going into this store and not finding what I need. If a product is popular, then they should keep that product stocked well. It’s good for the consumer and the business.
