From the moment we walked in we had the best experience. Steve and Suat were so great to work with. So pleasant and sweet and the customer service was beyond wonderful!! We had a new diamond wedding band and ring which we had bought on our cruise and a tanzanite ring I had bought previously sized. They also helped us with a necklace chain and added an extra clasp to it. They were all done to perfection!! We will always return to Kings Jewelry for any of our Jewelry needs and wants. I had the most perfect experience at King Jewelry! Family owned….Suat who took care of me was so very patient and explained everything to me! I wanted my diamond wedding ring , along with another very special ring re-sized. I did not know where to go at all that was a good trusting place with my rings. Suat made my experience so comforting as to the procedure to re-size. End of story I picked up my rings…. I was beyond thrilled!!!!!! Done with perfection ! And most reasonable in pricing. I just recently took my cross there to get fixed. The clasp had broken on it and they had it fixed very quickly and back to normal. This is a family ran jewlery store, which I admire alot. You can tell that they truly care about their customers that they deal with and build great relationships with them. I will definitely be back to visit Kings Jewlery in Matthews.
