My wife and I recently relocated from NYC to Charlotte and tried to rent a loft space from Jamison. We spoke with "Mickey" and he was very curt and somewhat rude. After giving them everything they asked for twice he then offered to reimburse our application fee and cancel our application when I asked how long the approval process was. We then received an email stating the owner went with another applicant. But, upon looking on Zillow and other sites, the place is still available, and the price is lower than the original asking. I reached out to Mickey to ask why this is and why weren't we reconsidered, I haven't received any reply. This left a very bad feeling with my wife and I. I felt like we were being discriminated against for being from NYC or something else. We found a space at The Reverie Belmont Apartments in Belmont NC and are very happy. I've never written a review before, but this "Mickey" character really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just have no words to how horrible their entire company is. Maybe one day I'll share but trust - follow the consensus and know that everyone on his team is horrible.

This is the worst rental property I have ever dealt with, starting with the people who answer the phones. I most definitely don't recommend this company at all. They are very unprofessional to the point that they hang up the phone on me.. if you are professional and you are consider a company and hanged up on a customer is the worst. I rated negative star.

What a crazy experience it is selling your home in today’s market. Paul and his team did a great job of making it easy for me too get results. They scheduled contractors, inspectors, stagers and all the other things that go with selling a house. We actually had to sell this house three times which was absolutely crazy. They are creative marketers and I was happy with my decision to partner with them

Stay away. Charged us for a "cleaning" when we had the carpets and entire apartment professionally cleaned. Then charged us close 600 for a 14 year old microwave the owner refused to fix. Do not use.

Did not end up renting from this management company, but would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to rent or if you're a property owner, for two reasons:1.When I called, someone actually picked up the phone and helped by answering all my questions.2. They refunded my application fee when the unit I enquired about went off-market BEFORE me even asking them to do so. (trustworthy)At a time when management companies are increasingly hiding behind frustrating, impersonal, unreliable, automated services and phone prompts throughout the entire application process, it was so refreshing to speak to a real live human being at Jameson.That kind of legit service will always have my vote.

This company should not even be in business! Pure slumlords and scam artists. I have documented maintenance requests , photos and emails showing a full two years of complaints and nasty responses in regards to the constant flooding of this property which turned out to be the SEWAGE line backing up and flooding on us. When I asked to be absolved from our our lease before the pandemic, I was told no. When I asked after they hadn't resolved the issue for the THIRD time I was denied. But when I called a lawyer and threatened legal action, I was almost forced out of the property I never made a late payment on. Jennifer (manager) requested I leave within two weeks so they could remedy the issue, giving no replacement unit, no refunding of any of the months rent we suffered in a contaminated space, just a constant request to get our things and leave. All we were told was "we'll even give you your deposit back, which was supposed to be refunded by law and binding contract anyway. Oh and they agreed to pay the electricity bill they ran up with their equipment running in our home day and night, which they never paid by the way. This place has a ton of issues the owner & property management (and plumbing company rep - yes, they talk) knew about prior to move in and rigged by the way. Pictures 1-5 are from MOVE IN. The filters were so nasty and clogged we had a HVAC guy out the first month. Water was noted and reported the FIRST WEEK and I was told "just wipe it off." The last 3 photos are how we lived for 1 of the last 2 months of our lease because we couldn't move in 2 weeks (we were in the middle wedding planning and buying our house thank God). And when I expressed concerns that my toddler was exposed to ALL of this Jennifer insinuated I was making a poor choice as a parent. To top it off, they gave us HALF of our deposit back because we didn't shampoo the carpets... $450 for cleaning?? Stay FAR away from these people, and that includes the janky houses they're haphazardly "renovating" and selling as is - yes we saw that in our house hunting too.

Best realty I have ever worked with. Jamison sold our home and helped us purchases a new lot to build a new home. Without Paul at the wheel we likely would have lost the lot we fell madly in love with!Paul is knowledgable, personal and simply the best at what he does. Being a custom home builder, I have had my fair share of interaction with many local realtors, none of them put the care and details into the deal the way Paul Jamison does. Once you work with the team at Jamison Realty, you won't want to use anyone else for your real estate needs - PERIOD.

Paul and his team are simply the best. After interviewing up to 6 different realtors, Paul's expertise and understanding of the market made me decide to hire him. He brought the goods. Not only did I have 7 different offers during my open house, but he was with me every step of the way. Paul brought the right buyers for my home. They were happy, I was happy. Absolutely the most absurd and corrupt property management company I have ever worked with. Do not give them your money or time because you won't receive either back.
