I was at infiniti for a regular maintenance and was given advisor 6743 Hector who was kind and explained what was needed and the cost upfront. The kindness and honesty was a blessing while I was stressing. I also had a encounter with Nick Johnson who helped with this process while Hector was working with another customer at the time of my diagnostic text. Nick continued to help me with the rest of the process with his expertise and knowledge to wheezing that I had. . The way these gentlemen handled my time there was so pleasant. Thanks to the both of them.

Did 5 stars so you could see the review. My service rep was Antwan. He seems to be a pretty nice guy. However there technicians are horrible. I had issues with my truck running hot and had already repaired radiator, thermostat, and water pump within one week of taking it to Infiniti. Hence I took it to them because they are the experts! He guaranteed me if I replaced radiator and thermostat (which I had just replaced with my mechanic) the truck would stop running hot. Well 1 month shy of repairs and $2100 later my truck was running hot yet again. The issue indeed ending up being what “my mechanic” said it was the engine. When I told him that he looked me in my eyes and said why didn’t you tell us that. Must of thought I was stupid. Why would I tell you what my mechanic said when you are the “experts” its an infiniti you work at the company that makes and sells this brand. Now how did infiniti not catch that during the first diagnostic. Will not be doing business there again!

Antwan did a great job service my car. He kept me in the loop. I like the new text system where they allow me to see the maintenance work that the recommend I do for my car. I would recommend this place to others who have infiniti vehicle
