HT an Austin Village always out of many sales items on Thursdays and meat department doesn’t open until 10 am which is ludicrous!!! Many out of date products in meat dept. Even though this store is convenient I go to Publix where I can get what I need when I need it and not wait until 10am to get meat and seafood! Would like to add the service in front of store are excellent!!!!! I shop this store several times a week but it’s disappointing they r out of product on sale day starts.

Went to Harris teeter today and the establishment looked phenomenal, produce department was exceptionally profound. Met the produce manager Ryan winter and he helped me with all my produce needs. Would definitely recommend to anybody I know.

First, I have to say every customer deserves the same respect as others. I went there to buy a sub and the lady that was working in the sub area, seemed very rushed and like trying to get us out of the way, also seemed frustrated while helping us. Secondly, at the self checkout point, i just asked where I could find napkins and handed me paper towels. I am hispanic and i feel that was the reason why my mom and I were treated that way.

Pharmacy personnel is the WORST to deal with. Always condescending if you don't come in immediately when they tell you to. The last 'manager' literally got nasty with me and I almost left the pharmacy because of it. The two that run the pharmacy now always make you feel like you are bothering them and talk bad about their customers in front of me.
Final straw? Today they would NOT fill my prescription because she was taking lunch in 15 mins? There two others behind me. Horrible place to have to go.
Go to Walgreens across the street. They're much better to deal with and everybody. They're welcome to when you come up to them.

Usually incredible service ruined by a horrible experience. When walking into the bathroom. Toilet paper was strewn all over the floors. Water was everywhere on the counters. The paper towels were taken out of the dispenser and strewn across the sink. There was urine all over the floor in the stalls. It was absolutely disgusting and I was very disappointed with the customer service received by "Benjamin" who was on duty that evening.

It was a nice ht but they just need more cashiers and to clean their restrooms once in a while. Evics were good this weekend but still too pricey to get all my groceries here.

This Harris Teeter is always so clean. The staff is friendly and helpful especially the cashier's. Workshop anywhere else.

Ran to grab something at the pharmacy. Overall the place was nice and clean. Several staff greeted me as I walked in. No carts in the parking lot which was nice.
