Harris teeter is a horrible company to work for they worry more about pleasing the customers than taking care of the employees..I mean come on really!!a 1000 fuel points and 20% discount on certain items that we still don’t what they are. Is all you could offer doing the holidays? andWith inflation you couldn’t even offer a few extra hundred dollars on our checks as a way of saying thank you or even a 100 dollar thank you credit ??…please do better by your employees harris teeter INC

I am annoyed....this is my second time purchasing and returning seafood at Harris Teeter Denver. The shrimp were ransid!!! I have returned chicken and steak for the same reasons. I will no longer be shopping at your establishment. The poor customer service rep almost barfed after he smelled the shrimp. I went back to the seafood department to tell them the shrimp are ransid....he didn't smell anything

I like Harris teeter. I do. But even food lion! puts aisle numbers on all their products so Instacart shoppers etc can do their job correctly. It’s 2023, HT. Time to upgrade your technology?

Mr. "Gary" in the deli department at the Mayfaire Town Center Harris Teeter in Wilmington took excellent care of me as I ordered on the phone exactly how I wanted a meat and cheese "Entertainer" platter for a birthday party. He was patient and kind as I struggled through the specific items with which I knew my family would be happiest for lunch sandwiches. He customized my platter perfectly! I trust that he will be recognized by the corporation for customer service above and beyond the usual excellent HT helpfulness! Thanks, Gary!

I've been getting my prescriptions at harris teeter pharmacy at Flowers crossing in clayton n.c. for a couple years now and had no problems till now,for the last couple months my script have been on back order.I don't understand how a pharmacy can run out of such a widely used medication as I know that a couple of companies make this type of medication.I'm on a contract with my doctor to take this medication a certain way and when this pharmacy keeps running out of this medication,it causes me to break my contract and it was hell getting this medication for harris teeter to screw it up for me.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Harris Teeter as a brand. Your company has false advertising and you give neither your stores nor your customer service team at the 800 number any resources to resolve an issue. I have lost thousands of VIC points and and lost countless numbers of dollars thinking that I was an e-Vic member. I have confronted my store about this and they have coached me to go to the app. I have done this countless times and still nothing. Finally a rep at the customer service phone number explained that I was signed up but then "unsubscribed"? Either way I have lost tons of money.Secondly, I get my prescriptions filled monthly (over 15 prescriptions a month with private insurance) and was getting 90 day supplies thinking I was earning points for fuel. I noticed that I was unable to use my fuel points due to the store counter signing me up for a different account. I couldn't figure out why this was happening until I purposely ran 2 different transactions and got two completely different points balances. All the points I earned at the pharmacy were going to my Vic card associated with my phone number and my grocery purchases were going to the VIC card I received at the counter. The representative said there was nothing she or I could do to restore those thousands of points. Well guess what???? There is something I can do an plan to do. I plan to take my business somewhere else where I am appreciated and can get rewards for my money that I spend at the pharmacy and grocery shopping. I always thought it was Harris Teeter but it is not.

So incredibly disappointed in the way that my husband’s fall was treated last fall. He was looking in the yogurts section and stepped back to look lower and an unattended stocking cart was left in the aisle. He is 6’2 and 71 yrs old at the time. It hit him at his lower calf so he get backwards with his legs in the air and his head breaking his fall. There was no blood but he was so out of it. They did offer to get him an ambulance but he was so traumatized he just couldn’t think straight. He finally went to the ER but was still out of it. He was in shock. The ER physician said he was fine because he didn’t throw up so he didn’t have a concussion. We believed him. The next day he was becoming more sore and by the next week he had a hernia, torn ligament in his shoulder and a torn eardrum. He had to have hernia surgery and will have to have his ear drum rebuilt. Harris Teeter did not ask us to fill out an accident report and we had no idea to ask to do it. We have not step foot in their store since and it is really frustrating because that is our closest grocery and we used to do 70% of our shopping there. We had a couple of eye witnesses also. Just a sad testament of customer support.

The bag on the left is pastel- colored, Easter Peanut M&M's, 38 ounces. The sign says prices are marked 50%off. The sticker says $ 9.99. (I KNEW this bag could not possibly be normally priced at $19.99.) The everyday Peanut M&M's, 38 ounces, on the shelf in the candy aisle -- price is $14.99.A manager checked to confirm the $9.99 price, supposedly half price, was correct. No way! Please help me understand the logic in this!

This corporation does a lot of shady things when it comes to employees. Because they employed a large number of young people who do not know employment laws, Harris Teeter bullies, manipulates & threatens jobs. They also always believe customers stories & becuz of that, if someone complains they get alot if free stuff which causes 1) employees pay to be stagnant and grocery prices to rise. Hence the reason Harris Teeter prices are so incredibly high. But employees are always leaving because of their stance
