Would not recommend this car dealership. My husband and I bought a 2018 ford escape with around 70k miles. We owned it for 8 weeks and had to take it back in 3 times for work. Thankfully it was still under warranty. On the third time, we brought it in for an engine fault code, but were assured it was just a stored code and everything was fine. When the light came on again we were told they could not look at the car until a week later. At this point the car was out of warranty. When we went to take the car in, the RPM gauge was going crazy, the engine was overheating, and the car sounded terrible. We ended up having to get it towed to the shop, however we were again told they couldn’t find a problem and it must’ve been a fluke. We decided we wanted them to buy the car back, and that is when their customer service became horrific. We were going to lose 2,000$ on a car that we owned for 10 weeks (2 of which were spent in their shop). And they would only allow us to buy another car on their lot. Not exactly an ideal situation. Before making the decision to take the hit we decided to take the ford escape to the ford dealership to confirm nothing was wrong, and after running all kinds of tests, we were told the car needed an entirely new engine!!! Thankfully the engine was covered under fords warranty, so while I would recommend Capital City Ford, I will not be recommending Harris Cars, or their service center to anyone I know. If you decide to purchase from them, I would highly recommend taking the car to get checked out by an outside source while it is still within the Harris warranty.

I’ve been looking for a jeep wrangler for a while and been disappointed more than once. Saw one here and called. Tommy answered my questions and said he would have Stephen call me back. He did but wasn’t pushy. Made arrangements to come in next morning to check it out. Absolutely no pressure and told me to take a drive. Found it to be just as advertised. I loved it and feel like I got a good deal. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.
