Two stars only because they did a semi-decent job replacing my clutch. My 2000 Honda CR-V entered their shop Feb 3, 2021 for an axle, tie rod, and ball joint for the front driver side wheel. Just over a year later, the same exact issue happened to the same exact wheel; see photos attached in my review.
To say an issue like this is a mere "maintenance issue" is an unbelievable understatement. Had this happened the weekend before when I was in Asheville going 70mph down a mountain, I likely would be dead right now; that is how catastrophic of a suspension failure this was.
What happened is simple: the cotter pin was likely never inserted, the tie rod wasn't tight, and for over a year the castle nut was the only thing holding everything together. The photos show the lower control arm sitting on the inside of my wheel along with the castle nut—a small nut that was under a heavy load for OVER A YEAR. This is unbelievable, and I will never be back to this shop ever.

Make sure you don't leave anything in your vehicle if you go to this place. My car was towed to his shop because I broke down and unfortunately wasn't able to get my personal belongings out of my car. He told me my engine blew I told him I have the money to fix it. He didn't even attempt to fix it so I had to get my car towed to my house. When I got my car back I went to look in my trunk and alot of my things were missing. Over 500 dollars worth of stuff. When he had my car those few days I told him to keep it locked. I was very upset that my stuff was stolen. Even if I left stuff in the car no one that you pay service for should enter your vehicle and steal anything. I told him i want my stuff back or I would file a report.

These guys are amazing their one-of-a-kind verifying for mechanics they always fix my car right the first time better than going to one of these name brand mechanical shops that don't get your car done right and you don't know if it's done right the prices are fair there quick and convenient I've been going there since 2012 and I wouldn't take my car or any of my cars anywhere else.

I only went to GTO auto center twice the first time was to change some brakes pads and when I went to pay I could not find my wallet and I looked for it everywhere and it did not appear, and I had to call my husband to be able to pay, the second time that I went to check a noise my car was making but this time I put a hidden camera in the rear view mirror and left money on the DASH of my car and my son's drone in the back seat. When they finished checking my car and changing the brake pads, I paid him and I realized that they didn't touch the money but the drone was not there and I checked the recording of my camera and in the video the mechanic Javier took the drone and called the Police and police I summon him to court because he did not want to return the drone to me but he did not know that he had a video of him entering my car and taking the drone

My car's transmission was damaged and I went to the GTO auto center to change it and paid for a new transmission and they put a junk transmission on me, you can't go to that workshop they steal him, my uncle just went for an oil change and They said the radiator was broken, they put oil on the radiator and damaged the seats with grease.
