Genesis of Charlotte had a large variety of vehicles to choose from and everyone there presented professional customer service. My salesperson was Marcio; he was very patient and made my car-buying experience exceptional.

I’ve left a good review before, but now I’m leaving a bad review. I’ve been dealing with warranty related issues here for over 2 years. Before the end of the year, I came to have my sunroof fixed on my G70 but they never notified me that I’d have to leave it for over a month (again) and then not have a loaner. The previous sales manager, kevin(?) had me setup to get the sunroof fixed, setup an appointment, and he was gone. Thats the 3rd sales manager that has come and gone that screwed me over. The buying experience, the sales experience, and the car maintenance service is the worst here. Avoid at all costs.

Lashada in customer service at the Genesis/Hyundai was very polite and cordial. She continued to update the status of my vehicle when it was being serviced. She also escorted me to the waiting room in the area and told me about the water and snacks that were available during my wait. Wonderful customer service.

The sales experience was very good. We discovered an issue with an extended maintenance plan which was quickly resolved. Delivery of the vehicle was below expectations compared to another local Genesis/Hyundai dealer. The car was not cleaned as well.

I was greeted promptly and my vehicle was taken in for service at the time my appointment was set. I was kept informed as to what was happening. The waiting room was comfortable as well.

This genesis of Charlotte is unprofessional. Especially sales advisers Joshua Monroe. He doesn’t reply back to email.If you have a warranty package deal within your maintenance please make sure you are using your warranty not the dealership. If not you are going to pay out of pocket instead of using your warranty.The only person that is professional is Georgia. She was helpful and was able to direct me regarding the issues.For the future I’m not returning to this genesis to get my genesis service I will be going to a different Genesis dealership we’re they do they’re job correctly and treat their customers with professionalism.
