“This place is such a gem!! it’s super well organized and has a wonderful collection of vintage clothing, furniture, jewelry, glassware… you name it. The owners are so so sweet and helpful. My friends and I had a blast picking out vintage night gowns. The whole place is such a vibe. LOVE IT!!”
“We wanted to thank Paige as we found a recliner that we absolutely loved but the store only had one. She called the concord store and worked with the manager to secure the floor model for us. She also helped us with area rugs , pillows and an end table. Just an absolute genuine, funny , friendly and knowledgeable person! She also educated us on the kirkland credit card and reward program. This is the store I will continue to shop at!”

I was trying to do an Amazon return but got confused between stores (a visitor on a highly pressured, exhausting trip is my excuse :-) ). “Graves Furniture does excellent work. My family has chosen to work with them over many years, and we have never been disappointed. We have had antiques repaired, entire sets of furniture refinished (multiple bedroom sets, including antiques), tables. They are doing an antique rocker now and a second family piece. FYI, the rocker will be refinished to make it more contemporary, so we will have an excellent piece of family furniture with a fresh look.”
“I found them via Facebook Marketplace, they’ve a pretty good collection of furniture. I got a couple of sturdy chairs from them, and they are great. Parking is available outside. I look forward to buying more from them in the future. The customer service is pretty polite, which I appreciated too.”
“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”

The representative, Catalina, was very helpful in explaining all our questions and how the process of picking the right bed that would work for us. She did such a good job, we purchased a sleep # bed that day! Can't wait for the delivery!”

“One of the associates was on their way home at end of shift and the other associate who was assisting customers informed them I was waiting. They took off their coat and stayed to assist. This was appreciated customer service.”
