I was in a jam with my truck being down while I was out of town and towed my truck in this last Monday, but the tech that needed to check it out was out for a medical emergency and would not be back until Friday. Even with this delay, Manger Jim and technician Ray diagnosed my problem and had my truck back to me by Saturday afternoon. This was a phenomenal turnaround for me because I had to have my truck back for work on Monday and they DELIVERED! Thank you!

Pay attention to what you’re being charged before paying. Went in for synthetic blend oil change and was almost charged full synthetic had I not noticed. Manager tried to say it was a mistake but he clearly knew what he was doing. Bet he gets a nice little bonus from doing that to customers.

I was not very happy with the service that I got. I went there to get a tire fixed it turns out I had to have it replaced. The problem is they make you sign things without going over them. And one of them turned out to be a credit card when I thought it was just a plan for firestone. And I wasn't told until after I was midway through the application. And this was from a manager. However another person that works there that helped me the day before was very nice and very knowledgeable. And he did go out of his way to help me. He should be the manager not the one that calls himself the manager. But they really should explain things more thoroughly and be upfront about things.

My daughter took her car there before we head off to college and needed and oil change and alignment. I had bought the "lifetime" alignment years ago so it should have been free. Most places can look up your phone number or license plate and see those records. Well she got home and said they had charged her for a lifetime alignment. To make matters worse it is the 3rd time we have been there where they did not reset the service indicator. Two of the times, the techs had to go and google it. That instills a lot of confidence. So I called and the person at the counter (who helped my daughter) basically said he had no idea of what to do so he passed me on to the manager. The manager got on the call on me and basically said it was my daughter's fault for not saying that we have a lifetime alignment already. As I started to argue, he says "don't get all up in arms about it". So finally he looked up the records and said yes, you do have a lifetime alignment on that car. So I asked for them to refund her money. She used a Firestone credit card to pay for it. He said she will need to come back in and present the card AND have her social security number with her! They were able to charge her card with just a phone number and name, but cannot do the same for a refund? In all fairness, they called 10 minutes later and said they were able to process the refund, but my question is, why ask for that? Who has trained these employees? Sadly this is just another instance of a shop trying to take advantage of a customer who they think doesn't know or won't say anything. I used to love going there as it is close, but the service has gone down hill and they seem to not know what they are doing (service lights). Other shops can pull the license plate or your phone number and see the records from previous trips to their shops. I have no idea why they couldn't do that and if I hadn't called, they would have never known or seen it. We would have been out well over $150.00. I will never go back again as this is enough.

I've been a loyal customer at Firestone for over 15 years, and there's a good reason for that. Unlike many other places, they don't push unnecessary repairs on you. In fact, they often discourage them if they're not needed. Their prices are fair, and they offer additional savings through the Firestone credit card. This card provides 50% off diagnostic fees, free brake inspections, discounts on repairs, and 0% financing on repairs for 6 months, among other perks. However, a word of caution: be sure to pay off the repair balance within 6 months, or you'll face a steep 28% interest rate. Overall, their honesty and value keep me coming back.
