Just a gas station. Bathroom is useable but not perfect

Prices are fairly higher for the same items I have purchased at other local Exxon stores. And I am not just talking about gas. I'll drive miles out of my way to go to other convenient stores to get the lower prices. It's just common sense. Just being honest.
