I had an appt and was taken directly to a chair to have dipped polished removed and a new color put on. This is the 2nd time here and both times my nails looked amazing. Then they quickly removed my toe polish.
Cleanliness: This place is very clean.

I always come here to get my nails done and I understand that sometimes there is a wait. But to have someone waiting for almost an hour and not let them know how long the wait will be or offer them some water or anything is rude. Wasted an hour of my day for no reason.

I found this place over a year ago. I loved going to get a pedicure they were great. I had the same person every time . I went over the weekend and all the ones I have normally had do my toes or nails were gone:( They sat me with a young guy and we had trouble understanding each other :( Finally when he knew what I wanted we were good. He was a little rough when filing my nails . Looks like new ownership not happy with my service. My nails are okay but not the best I've had done:(

I haven’t been in for a while and usually enjoy my visits here but today was a different story. I made an appointment for 10am and it was quite busy when I walked in. It’s a Friday so that’s to be expected, what I didn’t expect was to wait a little over 30 mins to be seen and then for my nails to turn out like this. The color is beautiful but the nails are extremely misshapen and THICK. I did express during my appointment that I wasn’t happy and would like them to be thinner. Someone else took over to shape them again and I guess try to fix them but I still wound up with thick bulky nails. I’m really disappointed.

Love the chandelier and that this place is open on a Sunday. Also enjoyed the message chair while getting a basic pedicure.
The man doing my wife’s pedicure must have been new because hers took twice as long as mine.

Old guy who did my nails he was rude. He kept pulling on my fingers even though my hand and fingers did not move whole time. When I said, I wanted to change the color he suck the teeth kept saying I told you so. I told you so. Uncomfortable Service I was not relaxed at all.

I came in almost I. Tears because of my experience at another salon less than 5min before. Michael took me and got straight to work. Fixing the horrid work I had before. Literally changed my entire mood. Best place I've been to in a long time..

I’ve never left a bad review before but I called ahead of time to ensure there was availability. I was left waiting in the middle of my acrylic fill for over 30 minutes. There were other ladies sitting up front that were forgotten about as well which took them about 40 minutes to realize these customers needed to be helped. The color I wanted ended up being empty ( I understand this happens, but it just shows the lack of structure ) if you’re going to leave a customer for over a half hour alone without checking in with them maybe at least give them a heads up. Still tipped 20 percent, but this salon needs better skills at time management and some structure skills of some sort

I had one of the absolute best pedicures I’ve ever had. My nail tech Ron, was a genuinely nice guy, I can’t say enough about him. He was gentle yet effective when exfoliating my feet, and his foot massage was soothing as well! Looking for an excellent pedicure Ron is your guy!
