His price was great, his repairs were quick as promised and he answers the phone which is rare in this day and age. He even helped me load it in my car. “Got a new Dell desk top computer 1 1/2 weeks ago. The modem had a rattle that we couldn't tell if it was a loose screw or something else. We took it to UbreakIfit on S. Kings Dr today and Emilio had us up and going in no time at all. If it had been a screw, it could have done a lot of damage. Thank goodness it was a broken piece of plastic that he removed.
