“Definitely was skeptical about having to take my phone in per Verizon/Asurion request. Upon walking in there was only one person working so I was a little apprehensive still. Once the guy was able to get to me the process was quick and easy. He pulled up my information, to some additional contact information to be able to let me know when the phone was ready. The only reason for 4 stars is I had to call them back in 3 hours (as promised) to see if the repairs were finished. They repaired my phone perfectly. I'm not sure how long it took as I did not receive a call stating it was ready but that is the only negative. other than that they provided great service.”
“It was ok. They told me 1-2 hours. But have no seating area! With a back injury, it's not ideal. Anyway, employees are kind enough, but seem to want to hang in the back. Or fix a phone in the front and never look up or say anything.”
“I called PC Paramedic with a computer issue. William Wright kindly said bring it in. William had my issue fixed in less than 10 mins. I appreciated the quick fix (and explanation) so I could get back to work.
