I was a bit hesitant but also just lost my car and was needing another car quickly. Diana helped me and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and indeed it was. I was able to leave with my car and I’m greatful. Honest & Extremely nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is horrible I bought a car and less than a week later it was breaking down the scanner read 16 codes I called them for some sort of assistance because no one wants to finance a car and have to fix it and they told me there’s nothing they can do

Worst car place to go to in Charlotte!!!!!! I came in on Friday with my 5 year old daughter and they sold me a car that didn’t even last me 3 full days… they told me all of their cars pass full inspection but this car wouldn’t of had a chance passing inspection.. they used a regular bolt to secure my spindle for my tire instead of a washer bolt.. while im in drive thru the spindle literally just fell to ground.. which cost my tire to come completely off. They don’t offer negotiations but also don’t offer keys for the locks on your wheels nor do they include an owners manual. Yes I completely understand the AS IS concept but there’s certain things you shouldn’t even be okay with giving to a single mother who spent her last just to get transportation for 3 days. I also found out my tax tag and title is included into my down payment.. they sent me out with a registration card to go to dmv myself as if I have all the cars information to do so.. so of course they turned me around.. now I have a 3 day old lemon, can’t get the wheel off and I can’t get it registered after spending $2300 including the $500 insurance I purchased which was a priority before driving off the lot.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
When I tried to call them about the issue they told me “your warranty doesn’t cover this stuff sorry” and hung up. So I had to go to the junk yard to find these pieces for cheap after spending so much at the dealership.. and the labor isn’t cheap as well. No alternative or anything … I wouldn’t recommend
