Pharmacy Staff always pleasant & knowledgeable. Heather is a hoot! Plus the pharmacy is always decorated festively all year. Makes it fun to shop here. I’ve seen them get screamed at & cussed & they always take it like champs. People without manners shouldn’t come in public- they are here to fill medicine not be your babysitters.

Nice staff, even when the customers are abusive to them. I never have any issues whereas my prior experience (Publix) was a hot mess.

I had a really good experience. Another CVS would not fill a prescription for me which left me scrambling to find another location. I called, and my call was quickly answered. The gentleman who answered was really nice, listened to my predicament and confirmed they could and would fill the prescription. About 20 minutes later, it was ready. I really appreciate the customer service!

I love the floor staff here. They are friendly, helpful and patient. I love that they are there to set the atmosphere for this location. Pharmacy staff needs to take notes. We should not have to pull the politeness out. Treat each person as an individual PERSON, not another customer making you work @ your JOB. Clinic staff are okay, straight to the problem and out you go !

I received a medicine with a past expiration date (received end of October with expiration of 9/2023) with no explanation. Does this location make a practice of dispensing expired meds? Was hung up on on my first phone call.

On Sunday 10/15 at 5:41 pm, really disappointed for the worst customer service, the guy on the front desk provided. Treated customers bad.I have been 7 years purchasing from this branch never had customer service like that.

This CVS Pharmacy Dept has the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced in a pharmacy. Publix pharmacy across the street is so much more pleasant to do business. It just boggles my mind that anyone would give these people their business and put up with their rudeness and unfriendly customer service.
