Worst pharmacy. Drive through is extremely slow. Will just put up a piece of cardboard when it’s time for break even when you’ve waited in line before their break. Transferring all prescriptions to Walgreens.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Picking up a prescription that should have already been done. Wanted to use a prescription savings card and they asked for 10 to 15 minutes just to print it and reapprove. 12 minutes later they wanted 10 more minutes. Waited and got behind someone who had an issue that was taking a long time. A large line of at least 5 people ( accounting for couples ) and they were having a problem with applying the coupon savings for some reason. They said they would check in with the pharmacist again when they got off the phone. When I asked if they expected me to stand in line again she said i could sit instead. I waited almost 45 minutes for nothing!!

Kudos to Carlene at CVS Matthews. The item I needed was not at that store and I was anxious to use my 35% off coupon. She took the time to find it at another CVS store location, brought it back to the Matthews store and honored my coupon. She certainly went the "second mile" to provide the item for me. She deserves recognition!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at the counter were very impolite. I ask the staff wearing the red shirt for where i can find the pregnancy test kit and she said wait and frowned. She told me it's in aisle 6 and i went there, i thought she would follow me. Waited in front of the locked cabinet for 15 mins and nobody came to assist me. I went back to the counter and told her again about what i wanna buy and she kept on frowning.
It's 4th of july, 8am and you have a job to
do, so be happy and smile.

Prescription line takes forever and the employees don’t seem bothered by it as they don’t try to speed it up, instead they hide behind the counter doing other things while watching you wait. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here for terrible attitudes and a long wait.

I am submitting this information regarding my wife's experience at the CVS minute clinic and pharmacy. She went in June 8th and both the clinicians Carly and Ammbrianna treated my wife with professionalism, care, concern and went above and beyond to help her.
My wife could not receive a specific drug due to contraindications with another drug , then, the subsequent drug was only available if purchased with out of pocket funds.
This was expensive. The pharmacist tried with multiple phone calls, time and effort trying to lower the cost of this drug with application of a coupon.
We always hear about the negatives about customer service, but in this case, this was a standout effort!
Both Carly and Ammbrianna called backed when they said they would!
We will continue to give our business and trust to this pharmacy and Minute Clinic.

Takes FOREVER - Never has prescriptions in stock and the lady pharmacist is extremely rude. Makes you feel inferior when asking questions and is condescending. Sad. You should be in business to help people.

They really need to change the times on their door. Online it says the store itself opens at 7. They also have postings on the outside of their door that says they open up at 7. The last 2 times i came at 7:30 to get something for my daughter, the store has been closed. they really need to change their time and make it accurate.

The store itself is fine.. the pharmacy on the other hand…. Rude and took an obscenely long time to fill my one small monthly prescription. Figure out a better system bc the one you have does not work

If it’s not on the shelf don’t bother asking to see if they can check back stock. Most of the workers just stand in the front and watch customers use self checkout but then say their to occupied to check or that they already know it’s not in the back. Customer service goes a long way. Everytime I come here and ask for help or to see if they can check something they act like they don’t have the ability to do it.

I used to live near this location, so I would frequent it often and my have things changed. Still open late, but the parking lot is very dark. The CVS sign is out and two lamp post in the parking lot. So it looks closed and sketchy, but it’s open. It used to be one of the cleanest stores and that has changed also. Hopefully they will at least get the store lights fixed for the safety of their employees and customers alike.

Crumby experience. It’s obvious the weekend “manager” has no desire to be there and it shows when asking for assistance on something simple.

It's painfully slow to pick up prescriptions. Google Maps says the average person spends 15 minutes there. That's the minimum time to pick up a prescription. Most of the pharmacy staff continue to work on prescriptions and answering the phone, even when there's a long line.

Before yesterday, I'd never had a problem coming to this CVS store or pharmacy. I went here to pick up a prescription for a family member and was told by the pharmacy manager that because an associate that was working at the CVS location that closed on Village Lake (that I had previously reported for a hipaa violation) is now working here, I'm banned. She didn't clarify, though, whether that was just her store or all CVS stores?! But apparently, it's okay for associates that work closely with your health information and personal information to get upset with you and then start shouting your information across the pharmacy counter. It's okay for their associates to purposely antagonize you by hanging up the phone on you when you call the pharmacy to ask questions about your medications (simply because and I quote...'I knew it was you from the caller ID, and I don't have to talk to you').
