CVS offers a range of health services including COVID-19 testing and a Minute Clinic for urgent care. Reviews highlight positive experiences with staff members who demonstrate professionalism, care, and dedication to patient needs. Clinicians such as Carly and Ammbrianna received praise for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist patients with medication issues, including finding cost-saving options. Nicole, another clinician, is noted for her thorough explanations and clean, comfortable clinic environment. However, some customers express frustration with the discounting system, reporting issues with coupons and promotional offers that did not apply as expected. A negative experience was reported regarding a male pharmacist at the drive-thru, who failed to listen to a customer's inquiry about a GoodRX coupon, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays. Fortunately, female staff members stepped in to resolve the issue. Overall, while CVS has dedicated and caring professionals who strive to support their patients, there are concerns regarding their pricing practices and occasional lapses in customer service.
Worst pharmacy. Drive through is extremely slow. Will just put up a piece of cardboard when it’s time for break even when you’ve waited in line before their break. Transferring all prescriptions to Walgreens.

Prescription line takes forever and the employees don’t seem bothered by it as they don’t try to speed it up, instead they hide behind the counter doing other things while watching you wait. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here for terrible attitudes and a long wait.

Takes FOREVER - Never has prescriptions in stock and the lady pharmacist is extremely rude. Makes you feel inferior when asking questions and is condescending. Sad. You should be in business to help people.
